Double-freedom mold opening and closing structure and injection molding structure

Abstract

This invention discloses a two-degree-of-freedom mold opening and closing structure and an injection molding structure, including a template structure and a driving structure. The template structure includes: a first large template and a second large template that can move relative to each other; a first small template and a second small template located between the first large template and the second large template that can move relative to each other; the movement direction of the small template is perpendicular to the movement direction of the large template. It also includes a transmission rod assembly, which includes at least: a transmission rod whose one end is detachably hinged to the first large template and the other end is hinged to the first small template; and a transmission rod whose one end is detachably hinged to the first large template and the other end is hinged to the second small template. The transmission rods transmit the movement of the large template to the small template, resulting in a simple structure and high reliability. The small template and the transmission rod assembly are detachable, thus making it suitable for both vertical and horizontal injection molding machines according to different needs.
