Abstract

The application discloses a shield earth-out spouting-preventing device, which comprises a ring groove disc fixed to the inner wall of a soil bin of a shield machine, the ring groove disc is coaxially arranged on the outer periphery of a cutter head, the radial direction of the ring groove disc is sequentially provided with a first liquid channel pipeline, an air channel pipeline and a second liquid channel pipeline from outside to inside, the air channel pipeline comprises a ring main air pipe and a plurality of branch air pipes which are equally spaced and communicated with the ring main air pipe, the first liquid channel pipeline comprises a first ring main liquid pipe and a plurality of first branch liquid pipes which are communicated with the first ring main liquid pipe, two first branch liquid pipes are arranged in a group and are spaced from a corresponding branch air pipe, and the liquid outlet end of the first branch liquid pipe is arranged in a converging and extending mode towards the gas outlet end of the branch air pipe. The application can fully and timely mix the foaming agent with the soil in the soil bin, reduces the spouting problem during the conveying of a screw conveyor, and greatly improves the construction progress.
