A firmware upgrading method, device, equipment and storage medium

Abstract

This application discloses a firmware upgrade method, apparatus, device, and storage medium, relating to the field of communication technology and applied to an upgrade-end device. The method includes: obtaining a new version firmware program corresponding to the edge device; calculating an upgrade key based on a preset key generation algorithm, using the device's upgrade authorization code and equivalent isotropic radiated power value, to encrypt the firmware program; the upgrade authorization code matches the edge device, and the equivalent isotropic radiated power value is the same as the edge device's equivalent isotropic radiated power value; sending the encrypted firmware program to the edge device, so that the edge device can decrypt it based on the upgrade key to obtain the new version firmware program, then run it and return a firmware number to complete the firmware upgrade; the edge device uses its local upgrade authorization code and equivalent isotropic radiated power value to obtain the upgrade key. In this way, this application can use the device's own parameters to encrypt and transmit the firmware, improving security.
