The application provides a kind of self-layering paint and its preparation method and application, the preparation raw material of the self-layering paint includes modified silicone resin, polyurea resin, curing agent, auxiliary agent and solvent;The preparation raw material of the modified silicone resin includes alkyl silane coupling agent and silicone resin.The self-layering paint provided in the application can migrate to the surface of the formed self-layering coating to provide good hydrophobic antifouling property during the film forming process of the self-layering paint, and the polyurea resin migrates downward to the bottom surface of the formed self-layering coating to increase its adhesion to the substrate and overall weather resistance, forming a good self-layering structure.
