Abstract

The invention provides a continuous casting covering slag treatment system, which relates to the technical field of continuous casting covering slag control, and comprises a first conveyor belt capable of conveying covering slag ton bags towards a direction close to a continuous casting platform; the first manipulator can grab the casting powder ton bag and place the casting powder ton bag on the first conveyor belt; the lifting mechanism is arranged on the side, close to the continuous casting platform, of the first conveying belt. The casting powder baking box is arranged above the continuous casting platform, a casting powder conveying structure is arranged on the lower portion of the casting powder baking box, and casting powder can be conveyed into a crystallizer on the upper portion of the continuous casting platform; the second manipulator is arranged above the continuous casting platform and can grab the casting powder ton bag and pour the casting powder into the casting powder baking box; the control unit is electrically connected with the first conveying belt, the first manipulator, the lifting mechanism, the casting powder baking box, the casting powder conveying structure and the second manipulator; the problems of low efficiency, large error and high cost due to the fact that most of the traditional control modes of the casting powder depend on manual operation and simple mechanical equipment are solved.
