Anastomosis buttress patch and staple cartridge assembly

Abstract

This application provides an anastomosis reinforcement patch applicable to a tubular stapler, comprising: a patch substrate, the patch substrate including: a body portion covering the staple cartridge end face of the tubular stapler; a connecting portion located at the edge of the body portion, configured to define the relative position of the body portion and the staple cartridge of the tubular stapler; a patch protective membrane, movably connected to the connecting portion via sutures, wherein an annular limiting portion is provided at the end of the protective membrane away from the connecting portion, the annular limiting portion enabling the membrane material to be bound into a regular circle, facilitating smooth insertion and precise positioning of the staple cartridge into the cavity, improving operational convenience, and configured to enhance the plasticity of the patch protective membrane to facilitate insertion of the staple cartridge into the cavity; detachable sutures can pull the protective membrane completely out of the cavity, avoiding residue that could cause infection, ensuring postoperative safety, reducing patient trauma and foreign body reaction, and improving clinical surgical outcomes and patient treatment experience.
