Nanometer reinforced composite polysulfone separation membrane and preparation method and application method thereof

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of polymer separation membrane materials technology, specifically to a nano-reinforced composite polysulfone separation membrane and its preparation and application methods. The membrane exhibits an asymmetric multi-level structure, comprising, from bottom to top, a porous supporting framework containing sulfonated polysulfone, a gradient covalently cross-linked skin layer, an inorganic polynuclear cluster layer, and a dynamic sacrificial layer. The preparation method includes: inducing the gradient migration of the packing material using a highly volatile co-solvent; forming a skin layer with a rigid surface and a flexible bottom layer through diffusion-restricted oxidation; and utilizing concentration polarization effects under high-pressure cross-flow conditions to assist in the efficient coordination and assembly of zirconium polynuclear hydroxyl clusters on the membrane surface. This invention effectively solves the contradiction between permeability and antifouling properties of traditional membranes by constructing an online reconfigurable interface and a multi-layered defense system, achieving highly stable dynamic regeneration, and is suitable for treating high-hardness, highly polluted industrial wastewater.
