An automatic collecting device for flexible floating objects on water surface based on the principle of fluidics

Abstract

This invention discloses an automatic flexible floating debris collection device based on the jet principle, relating to the field of floating debris collection technology. It includes a pressing plate whose lower end rotates and seals within a processing chamber channel to sense the accumulation of floating debris and adaptively rotates to feed it; a feeding plate located within a connecting channel between a storage chamber and a cleaning chamber, which rotates and opens synchronously with the pressing plate; and a pusher plate driven by the rotation of the pressing plate to compress the floating debris inside the storage chamber for feeding. A rotating plate, sensing the water flow and adaptively rotating, is elastically hinged within the water outlet separated by the pressing plate in the processing chamber channel. This invention, by incorporating a pressing plate that adaptively rotates to feed according to the accumulation of floating debris, causes the pressing plate to rotate due to the impact of the water flow and the weight of the floating debris as water and debris enter. The rotation of the pressing plate compresses the floating debris in the processing chamber's inlet and the storage chamber, for collection in the cleaning chamber.
