Abstract

This specification provides an information processing method and apparatus. The information processing method includes: displaying a management page of a target account, the management page including a product issue area containing at least one product issue, the at least one product issue being determined based on review information of products sold by the target account; in response to a triggering operation on a target issue among the at least one product issue, displaying a product issue details page, the product issue details page including a problem summary information and a review information display area for the target issue, the review information display area displaying at least one review information used to determine the target issue; in response to a triggering operation on a target keyword in the problem summary information, filtering the at least one review information associated with the review information display area, and displaying target review information related to the target keyword among the at least one review information.
