Abstract

This invention discloses an integrated device and method for adding and draining lubricating oil, belonging to the field of aero-engine maintenance technology. The device includes: a first connector located at the outlet end of a second oil pipe; a second connector located at the inlet end of the first oil pipe; an oil pump; and a drive mechanism. The outlet end of the first oil pipe is connected to the inlet of the oil pump, and the inlet end of the second oil pipe is connected to the outlet of the oil pump. When adding lubricating oil, the first connector connects to the oil tank filler port, and the second connector is inserted into an oil container to draw oil. When draining lubricating oil, the second connector connects to the engine drain port to draw oil, and the first connector is inserted into a waste oil container to drain the oil. This invention integrates adding and draining, with a fixed oil circuit and convenient switching. Active pumping significantly shortens maintenance time, and manual / electric dual drive ensures field applicability, effectively improving aircraft operational efficiency.
