The method includes: acquiring two adjacent different current value sequences and corresponding voltage value sequences of the battery cell during charging; inputting the two adjacent current value sequences and voltage value sequences into a battery model to calibrate the parameters of the battery model, obtaining a parameter-calibrated target battery model; determining a simulated current value sequence based on the total charging capacity corresponding to the two adjacent current value sequences and a preset simulated current value; inputting the simulated current value sequence into the target battery model to obtain a simulated voltage value sequence; determining a first characteristic curve based on the simulated voltage value sequence; determining the maximum capacity of the battery cell based on the first characteristic curve; and determining the health state of the battery cell based on the maximum capacity. This provides a scheme for estimating SOH under current fluctuations during charging.
