A fixed bed reactor

Abstract

The application relates to a fixed bed reactor, belonging to the technical field of reactors, which comprises a reaction tube with a gas inlet section, a catalytic reaction section and a gas outlet section arranged in sequence along an axial direction and communicated with each other, the catalytic reaction section being used for accommodating catalyst particles; an even-temperature assembly comprising a center rod arranged in the catalytic reaction section and extending along the axial direction of the reaction tube, a plurality of fin groups being arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the center rod in the axial direction at intervals, each of the fin groups comprising a plurality of heat-conducting fins distributed at intervals in the circumferential direction of the center rod, the heat-conducting fins extending radially outward from the outer wall of the center rod. Therefore, by means of the center rod and the radially extending heat-conducting fins, an efficient radial heat conduction path can be constructed inside the catalyst bed, the heat exchange between the reaction tube wall and the center of the catalyst bed is strengthened, the radial temperature difference of the bed is effectively reduced, local overheating or incomplete reaction of the catalyst is avoided, and the uniformity and stability of the reaction temperature field are ensured.
