A door-shaped resistance pin pitch correction device and a correction method

Abstract

The application discloses a door-shaped resistance pin pitch correction device and a correction method. The door-shaped resistance pin pitch correction device comprises a feeding vibration disc, a base, an upper correction assembly, a lower correction assembly, a mechanical hand and a discharging channel. The upper correction assembly is provided with an everted correction plate for outwardly bending and correcting the resistance with excessive pin bending; the lower correction assembly is provided with an inverted correction plate for inwardly bending and correcting the resistance with insufficient pin bending. The two correction functions are integrated in the same device. An electric motor drives the correction table to rotate, so that the resistance is transferred between different correction stations. Without sorting, the two types of defective products with opposite deviations can be processed. The independent sorting device and the defective product transfer process can be omitted. The correction of the two types of defective products is completed at the same station. The rework process is simplified, the production cycle is shortened, and the resistance production efficiency is effectively improved.
