The application relates to the technical field of image processing, in particular to a film automatic scanning method and device based on image analysis, equipment and a medium, which comprises the following steps: performing low-resolution preview scanning on loaded films to generate a global preview image containing film bases, perforations, black edges and all frames; performing color feature and density distribution analysis on the global preview image to obtain a film type of the global preview image, wherein the film type comprises a positive film, a negative film or a black-and-white film; obtaining film features in the global preview image, performing preliminary positioning of the frames according to the film features, wherein the film features comprise perforations; in the frame area positioned preliminarily, obtaining a precise bounding box of the frame through pixel-level edge analysis; performing high-resolution scanning according to the precise bounding box, and applying a corresponding color processing algorithm according to the film type to output a corrected digital image. The application has the effect of improving the effect after film scanning.
