Abstract

This invention discloses a rapid cryopreservation box for laboratory biological samples, comprising a freezing assembly. The freezing assembly includes an outer shell, a metal inner box, a thermoelectric cooler, a heat sink, heat dissipation fins, a mounting groove, a controller, mounting holes, and an insulated cover. The metal inner box is fixedly connected to the upper part of the inner wall of the outer shell, and the thermoelectric cooler is mounted on the lower surface of the metal inner box. This invention utilizes the thermoelectric cooler for rapid cooling, combined with the highly thermally conductive metal inner box to quickly transfer cold energy to the interior, achieving rapid freezing of biological samples. This avoids cell damage caused by slow freezing and ice crystal formation, meeting the sample preservation requirements with strict freezing speed constraints. A temperature sensor monitors the temperature inside the metal inner box in real time and feeds the data back to the controller. The controller displays the temperature in real time on a display screen, and a target temperature can be set via adjustment buttons, achieving precise temperature control and monitoring to ensure stability during sample preservation.
