Abstract

This utility model discloses an adjustable machining positioning fixture, including a mounting base and an adjustment mechanism. The mounting base is internally equipped with the adjustment mechanism, which includes a horizontal groove, a lead screw, a nut, a positioning seat, a fixed seat, a partition, a transmission shaft, gear A, and gear B. The mounting base has a horizontal groove at its top, with a lead screw movably connected to both ends of the groove via bearings. A nut is fitted around the lead screw. Tightening the rotating wheel drives the lead screw on one side of the mounting base to rotate. Simultaneously, the engagement of gears A and B causes the transmission shaft to rotate, which in turn drives the lead screw on the other side to rotate synchronously. The synchronous rotation of the lead screws on both sides of the mounting base, through the lead screw assembly, enables synchronous adjustment of the positions of the positioning seat and the fixed seat. This allows for stable and smooth adjustment of the clamping component's position without affecting the clamping component's fixation of the workpiece during adjustment, thus improving the fixture's flexibility.
