Anti-entangling yarn guide for textile machines

Abstract

This application provides an anti-tangle yarn guiding device for textile machines, relating to the field of yarn guiding technology for textile machines. It includes a base, with multiple sets of yarn spool inserts on the upper left side of the base. Each set of yarn spool inserts has a first guide wheel at its top, and these first guide wheels are equidistantly distributed horizontally. A support column is located on the upper right side of the base, with multiple sets of second guide wheels arranged equidistantly vertically on the inner center of the support column. Tension wheels are located on the lower left side of each set of second guide wheels. Multiple mounting brackets are located on the upper center of the support column. This invention, by using the first and second guide wheels, can guide the yarn separately and individually. Simultaneously, during the guiding and conveying process, the tension of the conveyed yarn is adjusted by the tension wheels, ensuring the yarn remains at a suitable tension, thereby effectively preventing the yarn from becoming loose and tangling.
