Abstract

This utility model belongs to the field of sludge drying technology, specifically a high-speed fluid jet sludge crushing and drying device. It includes a base on which an organic body is fixedly installed. Two sets of guide rods are symmetrically installed on the inner wall of the organic body. A sliding plate is slidably mounted on each guide rod. Multiple stirring rods are installed on the bottom side of the sliding plate. A rotating wheel is mounted on the top side of the organic body via a fixed frame. A steel wire is wound around the rotating wheel. A stepper motor drives the rotating wheel to rotate reciprocally, causing the wound steel wire to rotate reciprocally. The steel wire rotates on the two sets of first and second guide wheels. Simultaneously, the steel wire drives the sliding plate to move horizontally back and forth on the guide rods. The sliding plate drives the multiple stirring rods to move horizontally back and forth. The multiple stirring rods continuously stir the sludge, ensuring uniform sludge distribution and preventing localized uncrushed or incompletely dried areas, thus improving the thoroughness of the drying process.
