Cooling device for preparing ammonium chloride

Abstract

This invention provides a cooling device for preparing ammonium chloride, relating to the field of ammonium chloride preparation technology. It includes a support frame with fixed plates embedded on both sides, and a control terminal fixedly mounted on one side of one of the fixed plates. In use, the control terminal activates the motor, allowing cooling water to flow through the tank and cool the inner wall of the container. The mother liquor and sodium chloride mixture flows through auger blades, extending the flow path. A swing shaft drives a swing rod to oscillate inside the auger blades, agitating the mother liquor and sodium chloride mixture for improved cooling. When cleaning or maintenance is required, the control terminal retracts the output of the electric hydraulic rod, disengaging the cover from the embedded groove. Workers can then clean the interior of the container and its components through openings on both sides of the support frame using external cleaning tools and cleaning agents.
