Abstract

This utility model discloses a baffle box structure and a water heater. The baffle box structure includes a plug-in portion, a flanged portion, an interference fit structure, and an anti-overflow structure. The plug-in portion is used to insert into a mounting hole along a first direction; the flanged portion is arranged circumferentially around the plug-in portion and extends along a second direction, and is used to abut against the outer wall surface of the outer shell; the interference fit structure protrudes from the outer wall surface of the plug-in portion, and the anti-overflow structure protrudes from the junction of the flanged portion and the plug-in portion. The thickness of the anti-overflow structure in the first direction is greater than the depth of the mounting hole. The outer wall surfaces of both the interference fit structure and the anti-overflow structure are used to achieve surface contact with the inner wall surface of the mounting hole. This baffle box structure is assembled with the outer shell through a plug-in method and an interference fit, which is efficient for assembly and disassembly and facilitates maintenance; and the anti-overflow structure at the junction of the flanged portion and the plug-in portion improves the anti-overflow effect of the water heater.
