Explosion-proof camera

Abstract

The application relates to an explosion-proof camera, and relates to the technical field of explosion-proof equipment, which comprises an explosion-proof shell, a control assembly and a pressure compensation assembly. A continuous sealing interface is formed by laser welding of an aluminum alloy impact-resistant layer, a gas adsorption layer and an epoxy resin insulating layer of the explosion-proof shell, which can not only avoid the problem of heaviness caused by the thick metal of a traditional explosion-proof shell, but also adsorb combustible substances nearby; in combination with the linkage of a temperature monitoring module and an automatic power-off module in the control assembly, the safety hidden danger caused by high-temperature accumulation of a traditional device can be eliminated; the pressure compensation assembly relies on the cooperation of a buffer gas chamber, a microporous diaphragm, a pressure sensor and a micro pump to maintain the pressure balance inside and outside the shell, avoid sealing failure, and further ensure the stable operation of the assembly through a buffer pad and a protection frame; and the detachable explosion-proof lens, explosion-proof lithium battery assembly and data transmission interface can meet the requirements of convenient maintenance, lightweight safe power supply and data export.
