Click the APP to enter the main view, and click the healing tab at the bottom of the main view to enter the changing state diagram 1; click the date under Today's Healing Plan in Changing State Diagram 1 to enter Changing State Diagram 2, select the AI breathing exercise mode in Changing State Diagram 2 to enter Changing State Diagram 3, click the AI real-time evaluation in Changing State Diagram 3 to enter Changing State Diagram 4, and click "I understand" in Changing State Diagram 4 to enter the AI breathing exercise page as shown in Changing State Diagram 5. During the exercise, there is guidance on the breathing rhythm and the scoring after each set of breathing exercises as shown in Changing State Diagram 6. After the breathing exercise is completed, the result page of this exercise will pop up as shown in Changing State Diagram 7.
