Purpose of the graphical user interface: The graphical user interface of this design is used to display running training plans. The main view is the graphical user interface homepage, which displays multiple options. When the user clicks the "20 km bicycle ride" button, the interface changes as shown in Figure 1. In the interface change state diagram 1, the user can view the training details. When the upper right arrow is clicked, the interface change state diagram 2 is displayed. In the interface change state diagram 2, the interface change state diagram 3 is displayed when the user clicks the "Start" button. In the interface change state diagram 3, the interface displays the warm-up section. After waiting for a few seconds, the interface automatically enters the interface change state diagram 4, which displays the training data.
