BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Technical fields of the invention

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of accessories for blinds and in particular to a design for clamping and fastening top rails for blinds. 2. State of the art

[0002] The applicant had previously filed Taiwanese utility model no. M604825 for a design for attaching top rails for blinds. The previous design consisted of a positioning plate and a mounting plate. Screws were embedded in the positioning plate, and then the mounting plate was screwed onto the screws of the positioning plate using nuts and bolts.

[0003] However, the aforementioned product cannot provide blind arrangements for areas where there are no window or door frames. Solving this problem remains a challenge that must be addressed by the relevant industry professionals.

The fixing plate is glued to a vertical surface. The fixing plate has at least one guide projection and at least one hook on a second surface opposite the first surface with the adhesive unit. A fastening hook is connected to the fixing plate. The fastening hook is an L-shaped plate and has a vertical first connecting section and a horizontal second connecting section. The first connecting section has slots that are connected to the at least one guide projection and the at least one hook.The slots slide along the at least one guide projection, and the at least one hook is connected to the slots to connect the mounting hook to the mounting plate. A hook-shaped lower engagement section extends downward from the first connecting section. An arc-shaped upper engagement section extends upward from the second connecting section. When assembling a blind headrail with the mounting hook, the upper engagement section of the mounting hook is inserted into an upper groove of the blind headrail. The lower engagement section of the mounting hook rests against a lower end of the headrail, thus securing the blind to the mounting hook.

[1] Clamping and fastening arrangement for top rails (101) of blinds (100) comprising the following: a mounting plate (10) with an adhesive unit (11) arranged at one end of a first surface of the mounting plate (10), wherein the mounting plate (10) is designed to be glued to a vertical surface (W), wherein the mounting plate (10) has at least one guide projection (12; 121, 122) and at least one hook (13) on a second surface opposite the first surface with the adhesive unit (11), and a fastening hook (20) engaging with the fastening plate (10), wherein the fastening hook (20) is an L-shaped plate and has a vertical first connecting section (21) and a horizontal second connecting section (22), wherein the first connecting section (21) has slots (211; 211A, 211B) corresponding to the at least one guide projection (12; 121, 122) and the at least one hook (13), wherein the slots (211; 211A, 211B) slide along the at least one guide projection (12; 121, 122) and the at least one hook (13) engages with the slots (211;211A, 211B) engages to connect the fastening hook (20) to the fastening plate (10), wherein a hook-shaped lower engagement section (212) extending downwards from the first connecting section (21) and an arc-shaped upper engagement section (221) extending upwards from the second connecting section (22) are provided, wherein, when assembling a top rail (101) for blinds (100) with the fastening hook (20), the upper engagement section (221) of the fastening hook (20) engages with an upper groove (101A) of the top rail (101) for blinds (100), and the lower engagement section (212) of the fastening hook (20) rests against a lower end (101B) of the top rail (101), thereby fastening the blind (100) to the fastening hook (20).
