Description

The present invention relates to a luminaire carrier unit and a luminaire equipped therewith.Lamps of any kind are fundamentally known from the prior art. FIG. 6 shows an elongate profile luminaire 100 by way of example. This has a luminaire body 110 designed here as an elongate profile element. In the upper region of FIG. 6, it can be seen that the luminaire body 110 is profiled in such a way that it can firstly accommodate a lighting means 104. As illustrated here, the lighting means 104 can be inserted into the profile-i.e. here for example a profiled section of the lighting body 110 laterally or in a direction of longitudinal extent of the lighting body 110. The lighting means 104 is shown here by way of example as an LED module with a printed circuit board 141 with LEDs 142. In FIG. 6, the light emission direction Y of the illuminant 104 is directed upward. Arranged downstream of the lighting means 104 in the light emission direction Y is a lens element 105. For defined relative positioning of light source 104 and lens element 105 for a correspondingly defined light emission, lens element 105 is also held in a defined manner here via a profiled section of light body 110; and in the present example, like light source 104, is inserted longitudinally into light body 110. Since the profiling for receiving lighting means 104 and lens element 105 is integrated in the luminaire body 110, the luminaire 100 is limited to corresponding components which can be inserted in these profiled receptacles in a defined supporting manner. In addition, it may be necessary to provide other profiled light bodies 110 if other light sources 104 and lens elements 105 are used for another desired light emission characteristic. It is therefore an object of the present invention to enable more flexible exchangeability of light emitting elements (in particular lighting means and lens elements) for lights. This object is achieved by the subject matter of the independent claims. The dependent claims further develop the central idea of the present invention in a particularly advantageous manner.According to a first aspect, the present invention relates to a lamp carrier unit. This has a carrier. The carrier in turn has a fastening section with a fastening side. On the fastening side, at least two spacer projections spaced apart from one another along a longitudinal axis are provided. The luminaire carrier unit furthermore has a lighting means. The illuminant is arranged between the spacer projections on the fastening side of the carrier in order to emit light away from the fastening side in a light emission direction. The luminaire carrier unit furthermore has a (preferably elongated) lens element which extends along the longitudinal axis as far as at least over both spacer projections in order to rest on the spacer projections, such that the lens element is placed at a defined distance from the lighting means in the light emission direction. With the luminaire carrier unit according to the invention, it is made possible to provide a preferably replaceable unit of lighting means and lens element that can be used for luminaires. These are automatically positioned immediately in a defined manner relative to one another on account of the spacer projections, with the result that the luminaire carrier unit can already be fully functionally inserted. Thus, by means of the luminaire carrier unit, for example, a luminaire can be equipped or retrofitted in a simple manner with the defined function and combination of lighting means and lens element. It is thus also possible in a simple manner to equip a luminaire with any desired light characteristic corresponding to the lighting means and lens elements configured and to define their relative position with respect to one another in a defined manner. In this way, complex profiled sections, which are additional or integrated in the luminaire body of the luminaire, can also be dispensed with. The carrier can furthermore preferably have a lighting means fastening section for fastening the lighting means to the fastening section. The lighting means can thus be fixed relative to the carrier in a simple and defined manner. Since the lens element is in turn mounted on the spacer projections formed by the carrier, a relative position between the lighting means and the lens element can thus be provided in a simple and defined manner. The illuminant fastening section can, for example, be designed. The holes may be provided for receiving a fastening element, such as a screw. Corresponding through-openings can be provided easily. In addition, it is thus possible to achieve a fastening of the lighting means in a simple manner by means of known fastening elements. At least one of the spacer projections can preferably have a holding section as the illuminant fastening section. Thus, the function for fastening the illuminant on the one hand and for defined positioning or bearing of the lens element on the other hand can be provided integrated in a single component section of the carrier, which simplifies both production and assembly. The holding section can preferably have an undercut section for at least positively receiving a preferably edge-side section of the lighting means. Thus, the lighting means can preferably be fastened in a simple manner and further preferably without additional auxiliary means.Preferably, both spacer projections each have (at least) one of the holding sections, which are further preferably directed towards one another in order to accommodate the lighting means therebetween. Thus, on the one hand, both spacer projections can be configured with the correspondingly advantageous function of the holding section. If these also serve to accommodate a lighting means therebetween, the lighting means can be fastened in a particularly simple and secure manner via just these spacer projections and can thus also be positioned in a particularly simple manner in a defined manner. The spacer projections can preferably be formed integrally with the carrier. The spacer projections can thus be produced in a particularly simple manner. The spacer projections can preferably be formed as a forming section, preferably as an embossing, in the carrier. Thus, the spacer projections can be integrated into the carrier in a particularly simple manner by conventional means. The carrier can preferably be an elongate carrier extending along the longitudinal axis. The luminaire carrier unit can thus also be used in particular for corresponding elongate luminaires. The carrier can preferably have a side wall on each side of the longitudinal axis, which together with the fastening section on the fastening side delimits a receiving space receiving the illuminant and the spacer projections and preferably further the lens element. The corresponding components, in particular the lighting means, can thus be securely accommodated even before a user touches. As a result, on the one hand the corresponding components are provided in a protected manner and, on the other hand, the safety of a user with respect to these components is increased. In a preferred embodiment, the two side walls can delimit the lighting means laterally and thus serve as a positioning aid or alignment aid.The carrier can preferably have an end wall on both sides of the fastening section with respect to the longitudinal axis, which end wall extend to the same side as the side walls with respect to the fastening section and together with the side walls and the fastening side delimit the receiving space. A laterally encircling edge can thus be formed, such that the components accommodated therein, such as in particular the lighting means, are securely accommodated. In addition, the carrier can thus be provided with a particularly high dimensional stability. The carrier can preferably have a mounting section for fastening the luminaire carrier unit to a luminaire body of a luminaire. The carrier can thus be mounted accordingly intuitively and in a particularly simple manner. As a result, the assembly and, if appropriate, exchangeability of a corresponding luminaire carrier unit is significantly simplified. Since the carrier itself has the mounting section, it is also possible to save further components, which simplifies both production and mounting. The mounting portion can preferably be provided at an end of the side walls that is distal with respect to the fastening portion. The luminaire carrier unit can thus be equipped in such a way that the light-generating and light-guiding elements are preferably arranged at least partially set back with respect to a luminaire accommodating them, and can thus be accommodated in a secure and compact manner. The mounting portion can preferably extend parallel to the fastening portion or its fastening side and / or laterally away from the receiving space. A defined and preferably flat support surface can thus be provided as a mounting portion, which enables a stable and secure fastening of the luminaire carrier unit.It is preferably conceivable that, viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis, the mounting section and the lens element are aligned with one another on an outer side of the luminaire carrier unit. Thus, an aesthetically pleasing appearance can be produced while permitting light output with a wide light distribution. Alternatively, it is also conceivable for the lens element to be arranged set back towards the fastening section to the mounting section. Thus, the lens element can be provided or accommodated in the carrier in a better protected manner. The support can preferably be made of a sheet metal, such as steel sheet. The carrier can thus be produced particularly simply and cost-effectively and can be provided in a stable and reliable manner. The carrier can preferably be produced as a stamped and bent part. The carrier can thus be provided in a particularly simple and cost-effective manner using known production methods. Thus, for example, it is also possible to produce different types and shapes of carriers for correspondingly different intended uses (for example for different combinations of lighting means and lens element). The spacer projections can also be provided in a particularly simple manner. This is particularly the case when the spacer projections are formed as a forming section, such as an embossing, for example, in the carrier. The lens element can preferably have or be an elongated lens element; particularly preferably an elongated lens profile element having a constant cross-sectional profile along the longitudinal axis. Thus, the lens element can be provided compactly and effectively. In addition, the light guidance and distribution can be provided as a lens profile element in a correspondingly defined manner as desired, so that numerous possible light emission characteristics can be met.The luminaire carrier unit can preferably further comprise a fixing element, with which the lens element resting on the spacer projections can be held or fixed. Thus, the lens element can be held or fixed securely in the position resting on the spacer projections in a simple manner. The fixing element can preferably be held via the carrier. Assembly is thus possible in a particularly simple manner, since the fixing element is already provided in a position provided for this purpose. The lens element can then be brought into a fastening configuration, for example, simply with the fixing element, by the lens element being placed, for example, simply on the spacer projections. The fixing element can preferably extend through the carrier in sections. Thus, the fixing element can be held securely on the carrier on the one hand, while it provides a simple and stable fixing or holder for the lens element on the other hand. For example, the fixing element can partially protrude into the receiving space, where it can then be connected to the lens element, for example, to form a positive fit.The fixing element can preferably engage around the carrier at least on an underside of the fastening section facing away from the fastening side. The fixing element can thus be designed, for example, as a fixing spring or a U-shaped retaining clamp. Since the fixing element engages around the fastening section, it can also be provided and positioned in a simple manner. In addition, the fixing element can thus be supported in a simple manner on the fastening section in order to hold the lens element particularly securely and, in particular in conjunction with engaging behind or engaging around the lens element, push it towards the spacer projections or prestress it. Thus, a particularly secure and simpler mounting or fixing of the lens element can be provided. The luminaire carrier unit can furthermore preferably further comprise a device carrier which can be fastened to the carrier or is formed integrally with the carrier. The bracket can thus be extended by a function that makes it possible to provide additional components at will on the luminaire bracket unit. Consequently, it is possible for corresponding components to be carried directly with the luminaire carrier unit, which further simplifies the assembly. For example, an already fully functional luminaire carrier unit can be provided, which significantly simplifies the connection and integration into a luminaire. The device carrier can preferably be provided on a lower side of the carrier or on the lower side of the carrier facing away from the fastening side. The device carrier is thus positioned outside the optical region or the light emission direction and thus does not interfere with the light emission. In addition, the device carrier can thus preferably be positioned on a side on which it is inserted in a luminaire, so that the device carrier can thus be safely stored and positioned in a luminaire body in a protected manner. The device carrier can preferably be detachably fastened to the carrier. It is thus possible, on the one hand, to provide an apparatus carrier at all on the carrier as required. A device carrier can also be provided or exchanged in any desired manner depending on the selected luminaire components. Any retrofitting with an appliance carrier or another appliance carrier is also conceivable at any time in this way.The device carrier can preferably be provided on the mounting section, preferably on an inner side of the luminaire carrier unit facing away from the outer side and preferably also fastened there. The device carrier can thus be provided on a region which is largely unaffected by the light-generating or light-guiding elements, so that the fastening of the device carrier has no influence on the light emission characteristic. The luminaire carrier unit can furthermore have components, such as in particular electrical and / or electronic components, such as for example a cable connection terminal and / or an LED driver, for operating the lighting means. The luminaire carrier unit can thus preferably be provided in a manner that is as completely configured as possible or fully functional. In this case, the components can be fastened to the device carrier particularly preferably, which in turn simplifies the provision of these same components on the carrier. Thus, for example, the carrier can be preconfigured on the one hand with a corresponding lighting means and lens element, and the device carrier can be preconfigured on the other hand with corresponding components. Depending on requirements, these two, i.e. carriers and device carriers, can then be combined with one another. The lighting means can preferably have an LED module with an LED circuit board and LEDs. A particularly compact, long-lived and efficient lighting means can thus be provided. The LED board can rest, preferably in a planar manner, on the fastening side. Thus, the carrier can on the one hand serve for the defined and stable support of the lighting means. In addition, it is thus conceivable that the carrier can also be used as a type of cooling body for dissipating operating heat, which in turn increases the efficiency of a luminaire equipped with this luminaire carrier unit.According to a further aspect, the present invention further relates to a luminaire having a luminaire body and a luminaire carrier unit according to the present invention, as has already been described above. The luminaire carrier unit is here preferably detachably attachable or attached to the luminaire body. Thus, a lamp can be easily equipped with the lamp support unit. The luminaire then has the advantages of a corresponding luminaire carrier unit already described above. Thus, a corresponding luminaire can be equipped and / or retrofitted with the corresponding light function in a particularly simple manner. Maintenance can also be simplified in this way. It is also conceivable that a lamp type can be changed with the lamp carrier unit. Thus, it is conceivable, for example, for a refurbishment to replace a fluorescent lamp by an LED lamp. For this purpose, the fluorescent lamp, which is preferably provided on a corresponding support, is then removed from the luminaire body, for example, and replaced by the luminaire support unit. The luminaire body can preferably delimit a luminaire interior space in which the luminaire carrier unit is at least partially and preferably completely accommodated. Thus, the luminaire carrier unit can be protected securely on the one hand and provided aesthetically pleasing on the other hand. The luminaire may further include a main light source having a main light emission direction. Thus, the luminaire can combine different light emission directions or light emission characteristics or light emission functions. In principle, it is also conceivable for the lighting means of the luminaire carrier unit ultimately to form the main light source of a luminaire equipped therewith. It is also conceivable that the lighting means of the luminaire carrier unit, if an additional main light source is provided, can serve as secondary lighting. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the main light source can also be provided to the same as part of the luminaire carrier unit; for example, to the carrier itself or to the device carrier. The main light emission direction can preferably be opposite to the light emission direction when the luminaire carrier unit is fastened to the luminaire body. Thus, the main light source can be used for light emission, for example, forwards or downwards, while the luminaire carrier unit can provide, for example, a secondary lighting, such as a background lighting. The main light source can preferably be accommodated at least partially and preferably completely in the luminaire interior. Thus, all light emitting elements, in particular the main light source, can be accommodated in an equally secure and protected manner. In principle, it is conceivable that the luminaire is thus equipped, for example, with a defined IP protection type in this way.Further advantages and embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the figures of the accompanying drawings. The following are shown: FIG. 1 shows a perspective partial view of a luminaire carrier unit according to the invention according to a first exemplary embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the lamp carrier unit of FIG. 1, FIG. 3 shows a front sectional view of the luminaire carrier unit according to the invention according to FIG. 1, FIG. 4 shows a front sectional view of a luminaire according to the invention with the luminaire carrier unit according to the invention according to FIG. 1, FIG. 5 shows a front sectional view of the luminaire according to the invention according to FIG. 4 as a pendulum luminaire, and FIG. 6 shows a front sectional view of a luminaire according to the prior art.FIGS. 1-5 show a preferred embodiment of a luminaire carrier unit 1 and a luminaire 10 equipped therewith. As shown, the carrier 2 can preferably be made of a sheet metal, such as, for example. The steel sheet may be manufactured. As also shown, the carrier 2 can preferably be produced as a stamped and bent part.As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 2 and 3, the carrier 2 has a fastening section 20 with a fastening side 21 (here in each case at the top). On the fastening side 21, at least two (or even more) spacer projections 3 spaced apart from one another along a longitudinal axis X are provided, as can likewise be seen, for example, from FIGS. 2 and 3, in each of which only one of these spacer projections 3 is shown for the sake of clarity. The carrier 2 can preferably be an elongate carrier extending along the longitudinal axis X, as can be seen from FIGS. 1 and 2.The spacer projections 3 can preferably be formed integrally with the carrier 2, as can be seen in particular from the overview of FIGS. 2 and 3. The spacer projections 3 can preferably be formed as a forming section, preferably as an embossing, in the carrier 2; this is particularly the case when the carrier 2 is produced from a sheet metal, such as steel sheet. The luminaire carrier unit 1 furthermore has a lighting means 4 which can be seen in particular in FIGS. 2 and 3. The lighting means 4 can preferably be an LED module with an LED circuit board 41 and LEDs 42.The lighting means 4 is arranged between the spacer projections 3 (if a plurality of spacer projections 3 are present at least between two of the spacer projections 3) on the fastening side 21 of the carrier 2 in order to emit light away from the fastening side 21 in a light emission direction L (cf. FIGS. 2 and 3 ).If the lighting means 4 is designed as an LED module, then, as shown here, the LED board 41 can rest on the fastening side 21; this is preferably planar. The carrier 2 can preferably also have a lighting means fastening section 22, 23 for fastening the lighting means 4 to the fastening section 20. The illuminant fastening section can in this case be, for example. The holes 22 for receiving a fastening element F, such as a screw, can be seen in particular from the cross-sectional view of FIG. 3.At least one of the spacer projections 3 can preferably have a holding section 30 as the illuminant fastening section 23. This is indicated in FIG. 2. The holding section 30 can preferably have an undercut section 31 for at least positively receiving a preferably edge-side section 40 of the lighting means 4. Preferably, each of the at least two or both spacer projections 3 can each have one of the holding sections 30, so that the function of the illuminant fastening section 23 can be fulfilled by each of the spacer projections 3, which thus prefers the fastening possibilities and the stability of the fastening. The holding sections 30 can preferably furthermore be directed towards each other in order to thus receive the lighting means 4 therebetween, as is indicated in FIG. 2.The luminaire carrier unit 1 furthermore has a lens element 5, as can be seen in particular from FIGS. 1-3. The lens element 5 can preferably be an elongate lens element or here an elongate lens profile element or can have it, which can further preferably be equipped with a constant cross-sectional profile along the longitudinal axis X, as illustrated. The lens element 5 extends along the longitudinal axis X as far as at least over both spacer projections 3 (this is shown for the spacer projection 3 shown on the left in FIGS. 1 and 2 ) in order to rest on the spacer projections 3 (see FIG. 3 ) so that the lens element 5 is placed with a defined distance D from the lighting means 4 in the light emission direction L.The carrier 2 can preferably each have a side wall 24 on both sides of the longitudinal axis X, which side wall together with the fastening section 20 on the fastening side 21 delimit a receiving space 6 receiving the lighting means 4 and the spacer projections 3 and preferably furthermore, as shown, the lens element 5 (cf. in particular FIGS. 2 and 3 ).The carrier 2 can furthermore each have an end wall 25 on both sides of the fastening section 20 with respect to the longitudinal axis X, which end wall extend to the same side as the side walls 24 with respect to the fastening section 20 and together with the side walls 24 and the fastening side 21 delimit the receiving space 6, as is shown in FIG. 2 at least for one of the end walls 25.The carrier 2 can furthermore have a mounting section 26 for fastening the luminaire carrier unit 1 to a luminaire body 11 of a luminaire 10. The mounting section 26 can be seen in particular in FIGS. 1-3 and can be seen in FIGS. 4 and 5 in a manner fastened to a luminaire body 11.The mounting section 26 can preferably be provided at an end 240 of the side walls 24 that is distal with respect to the fastening section 20, as can be seen in particular from FIGS. 2 and 3. This is preferably such that the mounting portion 26 extends parallel to the fastening portion 20 or its fastening side 21 and / or laterally away from the receiving space 6.Furthermore, it is preferable that, as viewed in the direction of the longitudinal axis X (cf. FIG. 3 ), the mounting portion 26 and the lens element 5 are flush with one another on an outer side A of the luminaire carrier unit 1. Alternatively, it is also conceivable for the lens element 5 to be arranged set back towards the fastening section 20 to the mounting section 26.As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 2 and 3, the luminaire carrier unit 1 can furthermore have a fixing element 7, with which the lens element 5 resting on the spacer projections 3 can be held or fixed. In the exemplary embodiment shown here, the fixing element 7 is a fixing spring or a U-shaped clamp. The fixing element 7 can preferably be held via the carrier 2, as can be seen, for example, from FIGS. 2 and 3. In this case, for example, the fixing element 7 can extend through the carrier 2 in sections, as can likewise be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3. In this case, a corresponding section of the fixing element 7 here protrudes into the same on both sides of the receiving space in order, when the lens element 5 is inserted, to engage behind the lens element 5 accordingly in order to protect the latter from falling out when it rests on the spacer projections 3; this here is achieved by corresponding positive locking and, if appropriate, on the spacer projections 3 (for example prestressed). The fixing element 7 can preferably engage around the carrier 2 at least on a lower side 27 of the fastening section 20 facing away from the fastening side 21, as can be seen in particular from FIG. 3.The luminaire carrier unit 1 can furthermore have a device carrier 8, as can be seen from FIGS. 1-3. The device carrier 8 can be fastened or can be fastened to the carrier 2 or can be formed integrally therewith. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the device carrier 8 can be fastened or fastened to the device carrier 2 (FIG. 2 ) (FIGS. 1 and 3 ).The device carrier 8 can preferably be detachably fastened or can be fastened to the carrier 2. This can be seen, for example, from the illustration in FIG. 3. Here, the device carrier 8 is fastened or detachably fastened to the carrier 2 by means of screws G.The device carrier can preferably be provided on an underside 27 of the carrier 2 or on the underside 27 of the carrier remote from the fastening side 21, as can likewise be seen from FIGS. 1-3.The device carrier 8 can preferably be provided on the mounting section 26, as can likewise be seen from FIG. 3. In this case, the device carrier 8 can preferably be or can be fastened to an inner side I of the luminaire carrier unit 1 facing away from the outer side A, as can likewise be seen from FIG. 3.The luminaire carrier unit 1 can furthermore have components 9 for operating the lighting means 4. These are evident, for example, from FIGS. 2 and 3. The components 9 can be, for example, electrical and / or electronic components. For example, a cable connection terminal 90 and an LED driver 91 are shown here. The components 9 are preferably, as shown, attachable or attached to the device carrier 8.With reference to FIGS. 4 and 5, a luminaire 10 according to the invention will now be described. In addition to the luminaire carrier unit 1 according to the invention, as has already been described above, this also has a luminaire body 11. This luminaire body 11 can be, for example, an elongate luminaire body 11. The luminaire body 11 can be provided, for example, as a profile element. The luminaire carrier unit 1 is preferably detachably, fastenable or fastened to the luminaire body 11, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. Here, the lamp carrier unit 1 is detachably fastened, for example, by means of screws S.The luminaire body 11 can preferably delimit a luminaire interior space 12 in which the luminaire carrier unit 1 is at least partially and preferably completely accommodated. The luminaire 10 may further include a main light source 13 having a main light emission direction H. The main light emission direction H can preferably be opposite to the light emission direction L when the luminaire carrier unit 1 is fastened to the luminaire body 11, as is indicated in FIGS. 4 and 5.The main light source 13 can preferably be accommodated at least partially in the luminaire interior I and, as shown here, preferably completely. As shown in FIG. 5, the luminaire 10 or the luminaire carrier 1 can be fastened to a carrier element 14 for fastening the luminaire 10. In the exemplary embodiment shown here, the carrier element 14 is a pendulum element. In principle, it is also conceivable for the luminaire 10 to be provided as an add-on luminaire or built-in luminaire. Other types of lamps of the lamp 10 are also conceivable, such as, for example. Wall lights, parking lights, table lights and the like are more. The present invention is not limited by the above-described embodiments as far as it is encompassed by the subject matter of the following claims.
