Abstract
Description
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present utility model relates to the technical field of outdoor lighting, in particular to a novel outdoor lighting device with a sealed structure. STATE OF THE ART
[0002] Whether camping or during unexpected power outages, outdoor lights are indispensable aids. They don't pose the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning from incomplete combustion and are also extremely convenient due to their instant readiness. However, there are various types of outdoor lights on the market, with differences in brightness and power supply, as well as waterproofness and aesthetics being important purchasing criteria.
[0003] Previous waterproof outdoor luminaires often feature complex sealing and connection structures, using methods such as adhesives or ultrasonic welding. This makes the lampshade non-removable and battery replacement impossible. Removable designs, on the other hand, often have exposed screws, which compromises aesthetics. Therefore, there is a need for a new type of outdoor luminaire with a sealed structure that ensures good sealing and is easy to disassemble, while also maintaining an integrated and appealing product aesthetic. CONTENT OF THE PRESENT UTILITY MODEL
[0004] In view of the described prior art, the present utility model is based on the object of providing a novel outdoor light with a sealed structure, using a bolt and nut as the connecting structure according to the present utility model, thereby achieving easy disassembly in the present utility model for battery replacement. At the same time, exposed parts of the bolt and nut are concealed, thereby improving aesthetics and protecting the bolt and nut.
[0005] According to the present utility model, the problem is solved by the following technical solution: a novel outdoor lamp with a sealed structure comprises a lampshade, a light module, a sealing ring, a translucent base cover, a stand, a bolt, a nut, and a closure cover, wherein the light module is attached to the inside of the lampshade, the bolt penetrating the light module, the translucent base cover, and the closure cover, thus connecting them to one another, the sealing ring being arranged at the point where the lampshade is placed on top of the translucent base cover, the nut being screwed onto the bolt to firmly press the lampshade, the sealing ring, and the translucent base cover against one another, the closure cover being placed on top of the bolt, covering the nut.and wherein a portion of the bolt projecting from the closure cover is connected to a threaded hole in the stand.,
[0006] Furthermore, it is provided that a mounting groove is concavely formed on the side surface of the translucent base cover, in which the sealing ring is mounted, wherein the diameter of the sealing ring is greater than the depth of the mounting groove, and wherein a part of the sealing ring exposed at the mounting groove rests against the inner wall of the lampshade.
[0007] Furthermore, it is provided that the light module is provided with a limiting hole into which the head of the bolt is snapped.
[0008] Advantages of the present utility model over the prior art: By providing the sealing ring between the lampshade and the translucent base cover and by screwing the nut and bolt together, sufficient pressure is created, which presses the lampshade and the translucent base cover tightly against each other, thus achieving a reliable seal. The use of the bolt and nut as a connecting structure allows maintenance personnel to easily remove the lampshade using standard tools to replace batteries. At the same time, by screwing the protruding part of the bolt into the threaded hole of the stand and covering the nut with the locking cover, the exposed parts of the bolt and nut are concealed, thus improving aesthetics.This can also protect the bolt and nut from rust or damage that could prevent the nut from loosening. SHORT DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING
[0009] Showing Fig. 1 a schematic structural view of the present utility model; Fig. 2 an exploded view of the present utility model; Fig. 3 a sectional view of the present utility model; Fig. 4 an enlarged view of point A according to Fig. 3;
[0010] Reference symbols: 1 - lampshade; 2 - light module; 2.1 - limiting hole; 3 - sealing ring; 4 - translucent base cover; 4.1 - mounting groove; 5 - stand; 5.1 - threaded hole; 6 - bolt; 7 - nut; 8 - closure cover. DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0011] The present utility model will be discussed in more detail below based on specific embodiments.
[0012] As in Fig.1 to 4, a novel outdoor lamp with a sealed structure includes a lampshade 1, a light module 2, a sealing ring 3, a translucent base cover 4, a stand 5, a bolt 6, a nut 7, and a closure cover 8. The light module 2 is fixed to the inside of the lampshade 1. The bolt 6 penetrates the light module 2, the translucent base cover 4, and the closure cover 8, thus connecting them together. The sealing ring 3 is arranged at the position where the lampshade 1 is fitted over the translucent base cover 4. The nut 7 is screwed onto the bolt 6 to tightly press the lampshade 1, the sealing ring 3, and the translucent base cover 4 against each other. The closure cover 8 is fitted over the nut 7. A part of the bolt 6 protruding from the closure cover 8 is connected to a threaded hole 5.1 in the stand 5.By providing the sealing ring 3 between the lampshade 1 and the translucent base cover 4 and by screwing the nut 6 and the bolt 7 together, sufficient pressure is created, whereby the lampshade 1 and the translucent base cover 4 are pressed tightly against each other, thus achieving a reliable seal. The use of the bolt 6 and the nut 7 as a connecting structure allows maintenance personnel to easily remove the lampshade 1 with standard tools to replace batteries. At the same time, by screwing the protruding part of the bolt 6 into the threaded hole 5.1 of the stand 5 and covering the nut 7 with the closure cover 8, the exposed parts of the bolt 6 and the nut 7 are concealed, thus improving the aesthetics. This can also protect the bolt 6 and the nut 7 from rust or damage that could prevent the nut 7 from loosening.
[0013] Preferably, a concave mounting groove 4.2 is formed on the side surface of the translucent base cover 4, in which the sealing ring 3 is mounted. The diameter of the sealing ring 3 is greater than the depth of the mounting groove 4.2. A portion of the sealing ring 3 exposed at the mounting groove 4.2 rests against the inner wall of the lampshade 1. Thus, the sealing ring 3 is pressed through the mounting groove 4.2 and the lampshade 1, filling the space between the two components to achieve a good sealing effect.
[0014] Preferably, the light module 2 is provided with a limiting hole 2.1 into which the head of the bolt 6 is snapped. This fixes the bolt 6 so that it cannot rotate, which facilitates the assembly and disassembly of the nut 7.
