Abstract

Modular training system, in particular for sports training purposes, comprising: a plurality of wall elements that can be arranged modularly to form a training area; wherein at least a part of the wall elements is designed as active wall elements; wherein the active wall elements each have at least one optical signaling device; wherein a control unit is provided which is designed to control the optical signaling devices of the active wall elements temporally, spatially or sequentially; characterized in that the training system is designed for the dynamic specification of changing target areas within the training area.
