Abstract
Description
[0001] Wall mount for the detachable attachment of a mobile soap mill.
[0002] The invention relates to a wall mount for the detachable attachment of a portable soap dispenser. In particular, the invention relates to a wall mount by which a portable soap dispenser can be temporarily fixed to a wall or other vertical surface, so that the soap dispenser remains usable in a stationary position without permanently losing its portability. The invention lies in the field of manually operated soap dispensers or soap dispensers, as well as in the field of detachable mounting devices for wall-mounted consumer goods.
[0003] Mobile soap mills are well-known. These allow a bar of soap to be held inside a housing, and soap abrasion can be produced by the relative rotational movement of components of the soap mill.
[0004] Furthermore, stationary dispenser and holding devices for hygiene and care products are known, mounted on a wall, which allow for fixed use and often one-handed operation.
[0005] The advantage of portable soap mills lies in their flexible use in different locations. However, a disadvantage is that they typically require two hands for operation and cannot easily be used as a stationary unit in wet areas.
[0006] The invention aims to provide a device with which a mobile soap mill can be detachably fixed to a wall, whereby the function of the soap mill is retained in the installed state and the soap mill can be easily removed again.
[0007] According to the invention, this is achieved by a wall mount with the features of claim 1. The wall mount according to the invention has a base body that can be fixed to a wall surface, as well as support arms and retaining arms extending from the base body for receiving the lower part of a mobile soap mill. The soap mill is detachably connected to the wall mount, the wall mount being designed such that the soap mill can be inserted into a holding position and removed from it again.
[0008] The support arms are preferably elastically designed so that they can be deflected when the soap mill is inserted. The support arms have pins which interact with corresponding grooves on the lower part of the soap mill, in particular on the rasp disc of the soap mill, so that the soap mill is fixed against rotation relative to the wall bracket when inserted.
[0009] The upper section of the soap mill, which is not fixed to the wall bracket, remains rotatable relative to the fixed lower section, thus maintaining the intended function of the soap mill even when mounted on the wall bracket. In this way, a portable soap mill can be temporarily used in a stationary position by inserting it into the wall bracket, without permanently eliminating its portability.
[0010] The wall mount according to the invention allows a portable soap mill to be used temporarily in a stationary manner in a simple way. A particular advantage is that the soap mill can be detachably mounted in the wall mount, so that it can be stored in a fixed location and removed again as needed without complicated assembly steps. Another advantage is that the intended function of the soap mill is maintained even when inserted into the wall mount, thanks to the fixed lower section and the simultaneous rotatability of the upper section. Furthermore, the wall mount enables simplified one-handed operation of the soap mill. The elastic design of the mounting arms also facilitates easy insertion and removal of the soap mill.Furthermore, the wall mount can be attached to a wall surface either using screws or adhesive, thus allowing for flexible adaptation to different locations.
[0011] An embodiment of the invention is described with reference to the Fig. 1, Fig. 2 to Fig. 3 explained. These show: Fig. 1 View of the wall mount with components Fig. 2 Soap mills mounted on wall brackets with deflected support arms Fig. 3 View of the components of the exemplary embodiment before insertion
[0012] An embodiment of the invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing. 1. The wall bracket (1) has a base body (2) designed for fixing to a wall surface. The base body (2) can be attached for this purpose by means of screw fixing and / or by means of an adhesive element. 2. Support arms (3) and retaining arms (4) extend from the base body (2). The support arms (3) serve to support the lower part of a soap mill (6) when inserted. The retaining arms (4) are designed to guide the soap mill (6) during insertion and to hold it in the wall bracket (1). 3. The retaining arms (4) are elastically designed so that they can be deflected resiliently when the soap mill (6) is inserted into the wall bracket (1). For insertion, the soap mill (6) is preferably inserted obliquely from above into the wall bracket (1). The elastic retaining arms (4) are initially deflected outwards. Upon reaching the intended final position, the lower part of the soap mill (6) engages the support arms (3), with the pins (5) engaging in the corresponding grooves (10) of the rasping disc (9) and preventing rotation. 4. In this installed position, the lower part of the soap mill (6) is fixed relative to the wall bracket (1). At the same time, the upper part of the soap mill (6) remains rotatable relative to the fixed lower part. This ensures that the intended function of the soap mill (6) is maintained even when installed in the wall bracket (1). 5. The soap mill (6) can be removed from the wall bracket (1) if necessary by a movement opposite to the insertion movement. 6. The removable mounting of the soap mill (6) in the wall bracket (1) allows the soap mill (6) to be used either mobile or temporarily stationary. Claims
Wall bracket (1) for the detachable mounting of a mobile soap mill (6), comprising a base body (2) that can be mounted on a wall surface and fastenings extending from the base body (2) for receiving and holding a partial area of the soap mill (6), characterized in that the receiving and holding means are designed such that the mobile soap mill (6) can be moved into an inserted position in the wall bracket (1) and removed from it again, wherein in the inserted position a first area of the soap mill (6) is fixed relative to the wall bracket (1) against rotation and the soap mill (6) is secured against unintentional release, while a second area of the soap mill (6) remains movable, in particular rotatable, relative to the rotationally fixed first area, so that the mobile soap mill (6) can be used in a stationary position in the inserted position. Wall bracket (1) according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixing against twisting of the first area of the soap mill (6) is effected by mutually interacting shaping, which is formed by positively interlocking contours provided on the wall bracket (1) and by corresponding positively interlocking counter-contours provided on the soap mill (6). Wall bracket (1) according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the receiving and holding means comprise elastically designed holding arms (4) which are deflected springily when the soap mill (6) is inserted and spring back into a holding position after reaching the inserted position, so that the soap mill (6) is held in the inserted position.
