Description

Technical field of the invention

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of watchmaking. More particularly, it concerns fastening devices for adjusting the balance wheel's swing. Technological background

[0002] Adjusting the balance wheel's swing is essential for the proper functioning of a mechanical movement. The positioning and locking of the balance stud and the balance damper are equally important. In most mechanical movements, the damper is driven into the balance bridge, which in turn locks the balance stud.

[0003] Adjusting these two elements requires exerting a significant force on them, which is tedious and can lead to degradation of said elements and their environment.

[0004] Document CH273136A discloses a movable eyelet holder and a racket which are held on the cock by a cocket fixed itself by means of the two cocket screws. Summary of the invention

[0005] The present invention relates to a fastening device for adjusting the swing of a balance wheel, preferably for adjusting the swing of said balance wheel; said device comprises at least one fastening device including at least one eyelet holder having a thread or tapped hole disposed on its inner periphery, at least one: bearing body; said at least one bearing body being configured to move relative to said at least one stud carrier to adjust the axial play of said balance wheel and comprising a tapping or threading disposed on its external periphery; support member; said at least one support member being configured to support said at least one bearing body against said at least one stud carrier; and, retaining member; said at least one retaining member being configured to hold said at least one support member against said at least one bearing body so as to fix the adjustment of said play of said balance wheel.

[0006] Thanks to this arrangement, the said fixing device allows the at least one eyelet holder and the positioning of the at least one bearing body to be adjusted without having to exert significant forces, and ensures the functionality of the movement and good stability during shocks.

[0007] According to one embodiment, said fastening device includes at least one balancing bridge configured to cooperate with said at least one retaining member.

[0008] Thanks to this provision, said at least one retaining device can cooperate with said at least one balancing bridge.

[0009] According to one embodiment, said at least one bearing body is configured to be contained between said at least one pin holder and said at least one support member.

[0010] Thanks to this arrangement, the setting of said at least one bearing body is maintained by means of said at least one pin holder and said at least one support member.

[0011] According to one embodiment, said at least one support member comprises a first support surface configured to support said at least one bearing body against said at least one stud holder and at least a second support surface configured to be in contact with said at least one retaining member.

[0012] Thanks to this arrangement, said at least one support member transmits the force of said at least one retaining member to said at least one bearing body.

[0013] According to the invention, said at least one bearing body comprises a tapping or threading disposed on the external periphery of said at least one bearing body and said at least one stud holder comprises a threading or tapping disposed on the internal periphery of said at least one stud holder.

[0014] Thanks to this arrangement, said at least one bearing body can be screwed to said at least one eyelet holder. Brief description of the figures

[0015] The invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawing, given by way of non-limiting example, in which the figure 1 represents a device for fixing and adjusting the swing of the balance wheel. Detailed description of the invention

[0016] Adjusting the balance wheel's swing is essential for the proper functioning of a mechanical movement. To this end, the applicant proposes a fixing device 100 for adjusting the swing of a balance wheel 200. Said at least one fastening device 100 including at least one eye bolt holder 110, at least one bearing body 120, at least one support body 130 and at least one support organ 140.

[0017] As illustrated by the figure 1 said at least one bearing body 120 is configured to move relative to at least one eyelet. 110 via a threaded hole.

[0018] Indeed, according to the embodiments, said at least one bearing body 120 may include a tapping or threading disposed on the outer periphery of said at least one bearing body 120. Said at least one piton holder 110, for its part, may include a thread or tapping disposed on the inner periphery of said at least one eyelet holder 110 so that said at least one bearing body 120 can be screwed to at least one eyelet holder 110 and thus regulate the swing of the said pendulum 200.

[0019] Said at least one support body 130 is configured to support said at least one bearing body 120 against said at least one piton holder 110 and said at least one maintaining organ 140 allows the said at least one support element to be maintained 130 supported against said at least one bearing body 120so as to fix the adjustment of the said swing of the said balance 200 and therefore the positioning of said at least one bearing body 120 without having to exert significant forces while guaranteeing the functionality of the movement and good shock resistance. In other words, said at least one bearing body 120 may be included between said at least one eyelet 110 and said at least one support body 130 so that it can be held in place by at least one eyelet. 110 and audit at least one support body 130.

[0020] This support can be improved by means of bearing surfaces present on at least one of said bearing members. 130. Indeed, said at least one support body 130 includes a first support surface 131 allowing the said at least one bearing body to be supported 120 against said at least one piton holder 110and at least one second bearing surface transmitting the holding force exerted by said at least one holding member 140 to the said at least one bearing body 120.

[0021] The whole thing, that is to say, at least one eyelet holder 110, said at least one bearing body 120, said at least one support body 130 and said at least one maintaining organ 140, rests on at least one balancing bridge 150 configured to cooperate with said at least one maintenance organ 140.
