DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

[0026] A core of the present application is to provide a lighting assembly with improved light-guiding effect. Another core of the present application is to provide a charging pile including the above lighting assembly.

[0027] For those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions of the present application, the present application will be further described in detail in conjunction with the drawings and specific embodiments.

[0028] References are made to FIGS. 1 to 8.

[0029] In a specific embodiment, the lighting assembly provided by the embodiment of the present application includes a first cover plate 1, a second cover plate 4, and a light panel 3, which are arranged sequentially in a direction from outside to inside. The first cover plate 1 includes a first raised portion that protrudes outward. Specifically, the first raised portion may be an arc-shaped structure. The first raised portion is provided with light-transmitting holes 2. The second cover plate 4 includes a second raised portion 5 that corresponds to the first raised portion in the direction from inside to outside and protrudes outward towards the first raised portion, with the light panel 3 being located within an accommodating cavity defined by the second raised portion 5. The second raised portion 5 is a light-transmitting member.

[0030] The light body on the light panel 3 may be a light bead 9.

[0031] The first cover plate 1 is snapped onto the second cover plate 4. Specifically, the first cover plate 1 is adhered or snap-fitted onto the sealing cover. During installation, an outer periphery of the first cover plate 1 is snap-fitted to a side wall of the second cover plate 4. Specifically, an edge of the first cover plate 1 is sealed with the second cover plate 4.

[0032] Specifically, a side of the second raised portion 5 that is close to the first raised portion gradually approaches the first raised portion from an edge of the side towards a center of the side. For example, the second raised portion 5 may be an arc-shaped structure.

[0033] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, in another embodiment, the side of the second raised portion 5 that is close to the first raised portion is a flat structure. The second raised portion 5 protrudes outward as a whole.

[0034] As shown in FIG. 8, in another embodiment of the second cover plate, the second cover plate 4 includes a cover plate body 12, which is provided with a third raised portion 13 that is raised toward the first raised portion. The second raised portion 5 is mounted on the third raised portion 13. Specifically, the cover plate body 12 is connected to the third raised portion 13 in a sealed manner. Specifically, the third raised portion 13 is mounted on a side of the cover plate body 12 close to the first raised portion. In this case, the second raised portion 5 may be a flat structure or a curved surface structure mounted on the third raised portion 13.

[0035] The first cover plate 1 may specifically be a decorative panel.

[0036] In a specific embodiment, the first raised portion is curved. Specifically, the light-transmitting holes 2 are formed by laser engraving or mask spraying to realize the lighting effect. In a specific embodiment, the curved surface may be a convex surface, which may specifically be arc-shaped, wave-shaped, or the like.

[0037] The second raised portion 5 may be spaced apart from the first raised portion. Preferably, a surface of the second raised portion 5 may be fitted against a surface of the first raised portion. During manufacturing, the surface curvature at the position of the light-transmitting holes 2 is consistent with that of the overall surface of the first cover plate 1, which facilitates manufacturing. Specifically, a gap between the first cover plate 1 and the second raised portion 5 is minimized after assembly, the above design shortens the light-guiding distance to reduce attenuation from angular deviations as light exits the light-concentrating plate. The first cover plate 1 is designed to have a transparent substrate, the front side of the first cover plate 1 is treated by an IML integrated injection molding process to achieve the desired surface effect, and transparent films or transparent inks can be applied to the first cover plate 1 to achieve the lighting effect at the position of the light-transmitting holes 2.

[0038] In a specific embodiment, the surface of the second raised portion 5 is a curved surface that is fitted to the position of the light-transmitting holes 2. Specifically, the curved surface of the light-transmitting member is determined based on the surface shape at the position of the light-transmitting holes 2. Of course, the first raised portion and the second raised portion 5 may also be spaced apart from each other.

[0039] As can be seen from the above description, in the lighting assembly provided by the specific embodiment of the present application, the first cover plate 1 is light-transmissive, and the second raised portion 5 directs and uniformly spreads the light. The light panel 3 is located within the accommodating cavity defined by the second raised portion 5, which acts as a light-guiding column to convert point light source of the light panel into surface light source, to enhance the light-guiding effect.

[0040] To further improve the lighting effect, preferably, the side of the second raised portion 5 facing the first raised portion is provided with light-concentrating protrusions 8. Specifically, the light-concentrating protrusions 8 may be frosted structures of the second raised portion, or may be structures like fish scales. Of course, a cross-sectional area of each of the light-concentrating protrusions 8 gradually decreases towards the first cover plate 1, and the light-concentrating protrusion 8 may specifically be pyramid-shaped.

[0041] As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, in a specific embodiment, all of the light-concentrating protrusions 8 are arranged in circles. Specifically, the light-concentrating protrusions 8 are provided in multiple circles, where the light-concentrating protrusions 8 in a same circle may have the same structural dimensions and the light-concentrating protrusions 8 in adjacent circles may have the same structural dimensions or may have different structural dimensions.

[0042] The second cover plate 4 includes a cover plate body 12, which may be integrally molded with the second raised portion 5 through in-mold injection molding, effectively combining the two. The substrate of the cover plate body 12 employs opaque plastic, while the substrate of the second raised portion 5 employs transparent PC. The advantage of this design is that when light enters the light-concentrating plate, it does not diffuse into the substrate of the cover plate body 12, thus reducing light attenuation. The light-emitting side of the second raised portion 5 is provided with a plurality of light-concentrating protrusions 8, to converge the light and improve the brightness of the emitted light.

[0043] In the direction from outside to inside, the light-concentrating protrusions 8 correspond one-to-one with the light-emitting holes of the light-transmitting holes 2, ensuring a relatively uniform brightness distribution across the multiple light-emitting holes. The light-concentrating plate may be made of PC combined with a diffuser, where no light-concentrating protrusions 8 are provided, which specifically depends on the desired lighting effect of the light-emitting surface.

[0044] As shown in FIG. 6, the lighting assembly further includes a light-guiding member 7 mounted on the second raised portion 5. The light panel 3 includes a light panel body and light beads 9 mounted on the light panel body. The light beads 9 are arranged in an annular shape. The light-guiding member 7 is provided with through-holes 11 for the light beads 9 to pass through. The light-guiding member 7 includes two reflective rings, which are respectively located at an inner circle located at an inner side of the annular shape of the light beads 9 and an outer circle located at an outer side of the annular shape of the light beads 9. Specifically, a surface of the reflective ring is an arc-shaped reflective surface 10. The light panel body and the light-guiding member 7 are fixedly connected to the cover plate body 12 through the same set of fasteners. A center of the light panel body is provided with a circle of light beads 9, and a center of the light-guiding member 7 is provided with a circle of oblong holes serving as the through-holes 11, allowing the light beads 9 to be exposed through the through-holes 11. One side of the light-guiding member 7 is designed as a circular-shaped structure with the surface plated with mirror-reflective material. When the light-guiding member 7 is mounted at the back of the cover plate body 12, it fits tightly with the second raised portion 5, forming a relatively enclosed space. The light beads 9 on the light panel 3 are exposed within this enclosed space through the through-holes 11. When the light beads 9 are illuminated, almost all of the light sources are reflected in all directions within the enclosed space and finally emitted through the second raised portion 5. The light-guiding member 7 is mounted on the second raised portion 5.

[0045] As shown in FIG. 7, preferably, the light beads 9 are located in the enclosed space defined by the light-guiding member 7, the second raised portion 5, and the light panel body, and the light beads 9 directly face the light-concentrating protrusions 8.

[0046] As shown in FIG. 1, the lighting assembly further includes a mounting frame 6, which has a mounting hole for mounting the second raised portion 5. The mounting frame 6 is detachably connected to the second cover plate 4. Specifically, the mounting frame 6 is mounted on the second cover plate 4 through threaded fasteners. The mounting frame 6 may be circular, rectangular, square or any other shape, and the number of threaded fasteners is determined based on actual needs. The threaded fasteners may be screws.

[0047] To improve the sealing effect, a sealing ring is preferably provided between the mounting frame 6 and the second cover plate 4, and the sealing ring is located at the outer periphery of the light-transmitting member. The sealing ring is specifically a rubber ring. To enhance mounting stability, the mounting frame 6 or the second cover plate 4 is provided with a groove structure for engaging the sealing ring.

[0048] During specific processing, the second cover plate 4 is drilled to form mounting holes for mounting the light body. The mounting frame 6 is fixed to the second cover plate 4 with screws. The light panel 3 is fixed to the back of the second cover plate 4, and the light beads 9 (provided as bosses) on the light panel 3 are inserted through the mounting holes of the second cover plate 4 and into the second raised portion 5. The curvature of the second raised portion 5 matches the curvature of the first raised portion in the area of the light-transmitting holes 2 on the first cover plate 1. Finally, the first cover plate 1 is fixed to the second cover plate 4 to achieve sealing of the light holes and the desired lighting effect.

[0049] In the present application, the first cover plate 1 and the second cover plate 4 are detachably connected, and the light panel and the second cover plate are detachably connected, facilitating overall assembly and disassembly, and thereby enhancing the maintainability of the light panel.

[0050] To facilitate mounting, preferably, both the mounting frame 6 and the light panel 3 are mounted on the second cover plate 4 through fasteners. Specifically, the mounting frame 6 and the light panel 3 are connected through threaded fasteners that pass through the second cover plate 4.

[0051] During specific assembly, the mounting frame 6 and the light panel 3 may be mounted on opposite sides of the second cover plate 4 respectively to avoid interference between them during mounting, facilitating the assembly and disassembly of the light panel 3.

[0052] To further enhance the lighting effect, preferably, the surface of the light body of the light panel 3 is fitted against the surface of the accommodating cavity defined by the second raised portion 5, and the surface of the lightshade is fitted against the surface of the second raised portion, reducing the distance between the light body and the light-transmitting holes 2 and thereby improving the light guiding and homogenization effects.

[0053] A charging pile is further provided by the present application, including any one of the above lighting assemblies, where the second cover plate 4 is mounted on the body of the charging pile. The specific structure of the lighting assembly has been described hereinbefore, and the present application, which includes the aforementioned lighting assembly, also has the above technical effects.

[0054] In specific use scenarios, the charging pile may specifically be a charging pile.

[0055] Specifically, the first cover plate 1 may be a top cover plate or a side cover plate of the charging pile.

[0056] The above embodiments in this specification are described in a progressive manner. Each of the embodiments is mainly focused on describing its differences from other embodiments, and references may be made among these embodiments with respect to the same or similar portions among these embodiments.

[0057] Based on the above description of the disclosed embodiments, those skilled in the art are capable of carrying out or using the present application.
