Abstract

The present invention relates to a wall covering comprising a substrate with a back face pre-glued with a layer of water-activated adhesive composition and a front face not pre-glued, characterized in that the water-activated adhesive composition comprises a cationic polyelectrolyte, an anionic polyelectrolyte and a salt, preferably a mineral salt, having a solubility in water (at 20 °C) of at least 0.5 mol / L. It also relates to a method for applying such a wall covering.
