[0001] The present invention relates to a modular installation for multidisciplinary activities.
[0002] It is known for installations specifically designed for an activity, such as tennis by forming a net, basketball by creating a backboard, or football or handball by modeling a goal. It is also known for recreational installations, such as the construction of a playhouse. These installations are intended primarily, but not exclusively, for children.
[0003] Thus, it is common for multiple facilities to clutter the living space or garden of a house. Having several facilities dedicated to a specific sport that are not interchangeable also represents a significant expense for users.

1. Modular installation (1) for multidisciplinary activities, comprising several tubular bars (2, 2a, 2b) made of flexible plastic or foam and removable connecting pieces (3, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) ensuring contact with at least one tubular bar (2, 2a, 2b) by interlocking, of which at least one set of female connecting pieces (3) or at least one set of forks (3d), each of the female connecting pieces (3) having at least two hollow receiving ends (14) projecting outwards from the part, each of said at least two ends (14) receiving within it a longitudinal end of a respective tubular bar (2, 2a, 2b) in order to connect together at least two tubular bars (2, 2a, 2b), each of the forks (3d) having a fork head with at least two widely spaced points to receive a longitudinal end of a tubular bar (2, 2a, 2b) inside the fork crown,the fork (3d) having a male end extending opposite the fork head, the installation (1) being provided with foot pieces (4), each foot piece (4) having a flat base carrying a hollow end piece projecting outwards from the foot piece (4) receiving inside it a longitudinal end of a tubular bar (2) thus forming the upright of the installation (1), the installation being characterized in that each foot piece (4) is tiltable and includes an articulation between the hollow end piece and the base of the foot piece (4).

Installation (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein a first part of the female connecting pieces (3) comprise at least three hollow receiving tips (14) projecting outwards from the female connecting piece (3), said at least three tips (14) extending perpendicularly to each other in three different directions to each other or at least two tips (14) extending in opposite directions or forming a bend between each other.

Installation (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the removable connecting parts (3, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) of the installation (1) comprise at least one set of male connecting parts (3b), each of the male parts (3b) having at least two male tips (14a) projecting outwards from the male connecting part (3b), each of said at least two male tips (14a) penetrating into one longitudinal end of a tubular bar (2, 2a, 2b) respective in order to connect at least two tubular bars (2, 2a, 2b).

Installation (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein the male connecting piece (3b) comprises a flat base having two opposite faces joined by a slice, a first face having at least one male end (14a) and the second face opposite to the first face having at least one male end (14a) extending in the opposite direction to said at least one male end (14a) of the first face.
5. Installation (1) according to any one of the two preceding claims, wherein tubular bars (2, 2a, 2b) are pierced by a longitudinal series of recesses (19), a diameter of each recess (19) being configured to receive and retain a male end (14a) of a male connecting piece (3b).

Installation (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the connecting parts (3, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) of the installation (1) comprise inserts (3a) having grooves (13, 13a) or orifices (12) for receiving portions of tubular bars (2, 2a, 2b) or auxiliary construction elements (11) in order to connect at least two tubular bars (2, 2a, 2b) or at least one tubular bar (2, 2a, 2b) and an auxiliary construction element (11) or two auxiliary construction elements (11).

Installation (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the connecting parts (3, 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d) of the installation (1) comprise plug-like inserts (3c) each formed of a head (16) extended by a rod (15), the rod (15) being configured to penetrate into a longitudinal end of a tubular bar (2, 2a, 2b) or into a recess (19) present on the tubular bar (2, 2a, 2b) and the head (16) being configured to abut against the longitudinal end of the tubular bar (2, 2a, 2b) or a wall of the recess (19).
8. Installation (1) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein each foot piece (4) comprises stabilizing wings extending externally from the base by extending in the same plane as the base.
9. Installation (1) according to the preceding claim, wherein the stabilizing wings internally contain a heavy material of the sand type stabilizing the foot piece (4).
10. Installation (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which is configured to make a jump or rugby goal with two tubular bars (2) each forming upright connected by a connecting piece (3c, 3d) with a tubular bar (2a) forming crossbar, each tubular bar (2) forming upright resting on a foot piece (4) and carrying a longitudinal series of recesses (19) for a height positioning of the tubular bar (2a) forming crossbar.

An installation (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which is configured to make a goal cage with two tubular bars (2) each forming a post connected by a connecting piece (3) with a tubular bar (2a) forming a crossbar, each tubular bar (2) forming a post resting on a foot piece (4), three tubular bars (2b) forming a base being connected together in a U with a bottom and two arms, the U being open towards the tubular bars (2) each forming a post, the longitudinal ends of the two tubular bars (2b) forming the base materializing the arms of the U being connected by a connecting piece (3c) to a respective foot piece (4), the installation (1) comprising a net (6) extending all around the U being fixed to the tubular bars (2b) forming the base, to the tubular bars (2) forming a post and to the tubular bar (2a) forming a crossbar.

Installation (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which is configured to make a basketball backboard (17) with two tubular bars (2) each forming a post and each connected to a foot piece (4), an upper portion of each tubular bar (2) forming a post carrying via a connecting piece a backboard (17) with a basketball hoop (18), the backboard (17), on a face opposite to the face carrying the basketball hoop (18), comprising two sleeves sliding respectively on a tubular bar (2) forming a post, the tubular bars (2) forming a post carrying a longitudinal series of recesses (19) for a height positioning of the backboard (17), the installation (1) comprising a counterweight (20) having a mass and two tubular bars (2b) forming a base the longitudinal ends of which are connected by a connecting piece (3c) to a respective foot piece (4).

An installation (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which is configured to make a tennis net (6) with three tubular bars (2), each forming a post and each resting on a foot piece (4), a net (6) being stretched by connecting pieces (3c) between two of the three tubular bars (2) then forming net posts (6) at each of the longitudinal ends of the net (6), the third bar of shorter length than the two longitudinal bars forming posts being located at mid-length of the net (6) and supporting the net (6) via a connecting piece.
14. Installation (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, which is configured to make at least one children's playhouse, having, for said at least one playhouse, four tubular bars (2) each forming a upright being connected to each other via four connecting pieces (3) and four tubular bars (2a) forming a cross member and supporting two roof slopes (11) forming a roof by being connected by a joining piece (3a) pinching them against each other at an angle between the two roof slopes (11), planks or imitation bricks (10) being stacked one on top of the other with their width in a vertical position to make walls of the playhouse.
