Abstract

Microwave heating device for the continuous heat treatment of organic products in solid or pasty state. The invention relates to a microwave heating device for the continuous heat treatment of organic products in solid or pasty state, comprising a conveying system (5) for transporting the products (P) to be treated, an extraction tunnel (3) through which the conveying system passes and which includes a microwave-tight box (3a) into which opens at least one waveguide (2) connected to a microwave generator (1), a tray (4) positioned under the conveying system at the level of its box for receiving and condensing extracts from the heat treatment of the products after their diffusion through the conveying system, and extraction boxes (10) removably positioned on the conveying system and into which the products to be processed are intended to be placed, each extraction box comprising two vertical lateral walls, at least one of which is fitted with a quarter-wave trap.
