Abstract
Description
Title of the invention: Heated dispenser for shower gel and / or shampoo
[0001] The present invention relates to a device for heating and distributing shower gel and / or shampoo during the use of a shower, without additional energy, in order to eliminate the sensation of cold during its use.
[0002] Traditionally, the shower gel and / or shampoo we use is at a temperature lower than the ambient air and, of course, lower than the temperature of the water used in the shower. When used on our skin, we experience a sensation of cold.
[0003] The device according to the invention makes it possible to remedy the sensation of cold when applying shower gel and / or shampoo without using additional energy and by distributing it at the same temperature as the water used in the shower.
[0004] The principle of the device is to divert the hot water used during the shower in order to circulate it around the shower gel before its use.
[0005] This device comprises 3 major elements: - A 4-end fitting (in brass or stainless steel) that diverts the hot water supply. - A 2-end fitting (in brass or stainless steel) on the cold water inlet which compensates for the thickness taken on the hot water inlet. - A copper container (or one made of another heat-conducting material) with an outer channel forming a loop that allows hot water to circulate, and this channel forming a central basin where the shower gel and / or shampoo is placed. It can also be described as a bowl with a double outer wall that allows hot water to circulate.
[0006] Where is this device placed?
[0007] In all homes equipped with a shower, on the wall we have hot water on the left and cold water on the right, a mixer or thermostatic tap is connected to these two inlets.
[0008] The device according to the invention is to place the fittings between the wall inlets and the existing taps.
[0009] Once the tap fitting has been removed, the fitting that diverts the hot water is placed on the left and the compensating fitting for the cold water is placed on the right.
[0010] On the left-hand fitting (hot water), the copper container is placed via two small flexible hoses.
[0011] Once this is done, the hot and cold water will return to their original paths
[0012] The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: - Figure number 1 represents, in top cross-section, the device of the invention. - Figure number 2 represents a cross-section of the device the invention. - Figure number 3 shows, in top cross-section, a variant of the device. - Figure number 4 represents a cross-section, a variant of the device.
[0013] With reference to these drawings, the device comprises the 3 major elements below: - The left fitting is used to divert hot water, it consists of four ends as follows: a removable female nut of size G3 / 4 (1) for connection to the wall, two male nipples of size G1 / 2 (2 and 3) for the hot water outlet and inlet and a male nipple G3 / 4 (4) to allow connection of the initial tap. - The right-hand fitting for cold water is only used to compensate for the thickness of the left-hand fitting; it consists of two ends as follows: a removable female nut of size G3 / 4 (5) for connection to the wall and a male nipple G3 / 4 (6) to allow connection of the original tap. The copper container used to heat the shower gel and / or shampoo in the center consists of the following: a hot water inlet with a male nipple of dimension Gl / 2 (7); at the end of this inlet, an external loop channel (8) through which hot water circulates, and this hot water heats the shower gel and / or shampoo in the center of the channel, which forms a reservoir (9); at the end of this channel, a hot water outlet with a male nipple of dimension Gl / 2 (10); and finally, a tunnel (11) on the front, passing through the external channel, provides access to the shower gel and shampoo in the center via a soap pump, operated by the user. A PVC casing enclosing the copper container allows for a larger quantity of shower gel and / or shampoo to be stored (12).
[0014] In the form according to [Fig.1] and [Fig.2], the soap pump is at the front and according to [Fig.3] and [Fig.4], the soap pump is on top.
[0015] The device according to the invention is particularly intended to heat and distribute shower gel and / or shampoo during its use without using additional energy.
