[0001] The present invention relates to a specific type of garment: a vest with pockets, suitable for Parkinson's patients undergoing treatment by infusion with an apomorphine pump.
[0002] The nurse or any person authorized to treat the patient inserts a catheter daily into a part of the patient's body. This catheter is connected by tubing to an apomorphine pump fitted with a syringe that continuously delivers a treatment liquid. This device connected to the catheter is inserted into a fabric pouch, attached to an elastic belt generally worn directly against the patient's skin. Observation: this belt causes discomfort, sometimes leads to skin irritation, and stretches and twists after washing. In addition, the tubing is exposed to the air and subject to the risk of being pulled out due to a possible sudden movement by the patient.

This allows the device to be routed from the patient's skin to the outer pockets, securing the tubing under the vest. • The vest opens completely at the front thanks to a separating zipper. • The vest is made from hypoallergenic fabric. The patient can wear this vest as underwear or as daytime clothing. Furthermore, this vest will be available in men's and women's versions, as well as versions adapted for other patients also receiving diffusion therapy.
