Nasal breathing sensing device

Abstract

A wearable device for being worn on a nose of a person comprises a main body 10 configured to be coupled to the septum of the nose. A first sensor housing 21, fixed to the main body, comprises a first sensor unit, which is configured to detect an airflow out of a first nostril, and detect airflow into the first nostril. The device may comprise a first sensor to measure airflow out of the first nostril and a second sensor to measure airflow into the first nostril. The first sensor housing may be configured to divert the flow path of air flowing out of the first nostril away from the second sensor, and may divert the air flowing into the first nostril away from the first sensor. The sensors may comprise temperature, humidity, heart rate and / or pressure sensors.
