Abstract

The present invention discloses a controllable three-degree-of-freedom spherical joint, comprising an X sliding rail, a Y sliding rail, and a spherical head. The Y sliding rail is overlays the X sliding rail, and both sliding rails encircle the spherical head. The surface of the spherical head is surrounded by an upper spherical seat and a lower spherical seat. The outer ring at the base of the upper spherical seat is equipped with a connecting joint, which is fixed to the lower spherical seat using a first screw. The connecting joint allows for control over the three degrees of freedom of the joint. Through the optimization of mechanical structures, the device ensures the overall reliability and stability of movement, as well as the economic viability of the mechanism.
