GUI

Abstract

This GUI is for editing widgets that are displayed on the lock screen of a device such as a smartphone, for example, and that display the time. In the image diagram, the large rounded rectangular section at the top is the widget, the slightly narrow horizontal rounded rectangular section at the middle is an editing panel for selecting a function for editing the widget, and the wide horizontal rounded rectangular section at the bottom is a palette that displays a list of items of information to be displayed in the widget, such as the date and time. The user can select any item from the list to change the information to be displayed in the widget. The user can also drag the widget around the screen to change the display positions of the widget, the editing panel, and the palette.
