Abstract

This item is a packaging box used for gift wrapping of various products. As shown in the "Reference Diagram Showing the Names of Each Part," the top opening of the box body is openable and closable with an inner lid and an outer lid. When opening the box, the outer lid is opened first, and then the inner lid is opened. When opening the outer lid with the inner lid closed, a pop-up part is designed to pop out. The pop-up part is provided between the inner lid and the outer lid and comprises a bellows part that can be folded like a screen, and an arm part for attaching this bellows part to the inner lid and outer lid. The bellows part is folded at the points indicated by the blue and red dashed lines in the "Reference Developed Diagram of the Bellows Part" and configured to have the shape shown in the "Perspective View of the Bellows Part." The arm part is folded at the points indicated by the blue and red dashed lines in the "Reference Developed Diagram of the Arm Part" and configured to have the shape shown in the "Perspective View of the Arm Part from the Left Side" and the "Perspective View of the Arm Part from the Right Side." The arm part is folded along a curved line to form a pair of lid mounting pieces in the center. At the connection point between the inner lid and the outer lid, one lid mounting piece is fixed to the inner lid, and the other lid mounting piece is fixed to the outer lid. The arm part is also folded along a curved line to form a pair of arm mounting pieces diagonally. The green areas in the "Reference Developed Diagram of Arm Parts" are then glued to the green dashed lines in the "Reference Developed Diagram of Bellows Parts." This forms the pop-up part as shown in the "Perspective View of the Left Side of the Pop-up Part" and the "Perspective View of the Right Side of the Pop-up Part." The pop-up part is foldable, as shown in the "Perspective View of the Folded Pop-up Part." "Reference Diagrams 1-5 from the Front Showing the Pop-up Operation When Opening the Outer Lid" are perspective views from the front (still images extracted from a video) that sequentially show how the pop-up part moves as the outer lid is opened. Furthermore, "Reference Figures 1-5 from the rear showing the pop-up operation when opening the outer lid" are perspective views from the rear (still images extracted from a video) that sequentially show how the pop-up parts move as the outer lid is opened. In these figures, the outer lid is made of a transparent plate to show the deformation state of the pop-up parts. As shown in these figures, the folded pop-up parts unfold as the outer lid is opened.Conversely, when the outer lid is closed, the pop-up parts fold back to their original state. As shown in the "Reference Diagram Showing Usage," the bellows parts are used with text, pictures, etc. The part for which design registration is sought is the pop-up part.
