Abstract

To solve the problem that in a retail environment, shelves require constant oversight and timely intervention in order to maintain integrity of display.SOLUTION: The inventive concepts disclosed in the present specifications relate to systems, methods, and computer-readable media for detecting a leakage condition. A container integrity system can acquire sensor data associated with a sensor pad placed on or integrated with shelves or similar surfaces. Containers or articles prone to leaking can be arranged on the sensor pad, and sensors distributed throughout the sensor pad can measure force profiles exerted by the articles. Using the sensor data from the sensor pad, the container integrity system can identify the presence or absence of the leak condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
