To enable generation of an appropriate image in accordance with a device and an application.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an image processing system having: an imaging device; an external device; and a recording device. The imaging device includes imaging means of imaging a plurality of two-dimentional images with parallax in accordance with at least one of photographing instructions of a plurality of types of photographing instructions, and at least any one of the imaging devices and the external devices includes: acquisition means of acquiring the plurality of two-dimentional images imaged by the imaging means regardless of a type of the photographing instructions; and first generation means of generating an image in accordance with the type of photographing instructions on the basis of the plurality of two-dimentional images acquired by the acquisition means.
