Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a hybrid lure composed of a lure body made of a hard material and a jacket body made of a soft material formed on the outside of the lure body.

Background Art

[0002] As fishing lures, there are hard lures generally called plugs composed of hard synthetic resins and the like, and soft lures composed of soft synthetic resins and the like.

[0003] Furthermore, the hard lures are roughly classified into top lures whose overall shape is hollow and float on the water surface, and sinking lures that sink by putting weights inside. Also, there is a known lure in which a diving member called a tongue-shaped lip is attached to the head of the lure body so that it gradually dives from the water surface during retrieval by a reel.

[0004] And as the above-mentioned top lures, there are known popper types with a cup-shaped depression in the head and pencil types with an overall shape similar to a pencil.

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0006] Among the various lures described above, hard lures generally exhibit sharp movements that are sensitive to rod actions such as jerking and twitching. Due to this behavioral change, they have the characteristic of being likely to induce the so-called reaction bite of fish. On the other hand, since hard lures are made of hard materials such as hard synthetic resins, when a fish bites on the lure, there is no soft feeling like live bait. As a result, the fish that has bitten is strongly inclined to immediately release the lure. Therefore, there is a disadvantage in that the timing for hooking the fish on the hook attached to the lure is short. Also, in the case of hard lures, usually, the surface of the lure body made of hard synthetic resin or the like is painted or printed to resemble the body of a fish as live bait. However, when a fish bites on the lure, the surface of the lure is damaged by the fish's teeth, so the subsequent fishing results tend to decline.

[0007] On the other hand, soft lures made of soft materials such as soft synthetic resins are difficult to obtain sharp movements corresponding to rod actions compared to hard lures, so it is difficult to induce the so-called reaction bite. On the other hand, when a fish bites on a soft lure, the lure itself is soft and the fish's biting is large. Therefore, soft lures have the characteristic that the timing for hooking the fish on the hook attached to the lure is longer than that of hard lures. Also, in the case of soft lures made of soft synthetic resins or the like, there is a disadvantage in that a part of the lure is likely to be damaged or the shape of the lure is easily destroyed by the fish's biting.

[0008] In short, hard lures and soft lures each have their own advantages and disadvantages.

[0009] In addition, there is known a fishing lure comprising a continuous metal core part provided integrally with a line eye to which a leader or a line is connected and a hook eye to which a hook is connected, a skeleton part made of a hard resin material integrally formed with the core part by insert molding, and a coating part made of a foamed material provided integrally around the skeleton part. However, this fishing lure has a problem in that it has a large specific gravity with a core inside, and it is difficult to obtain sufficient buoyancy as a whole lure.

[0010] An object of the present invention is to provide a hybrid lure that has the advantages of both the above-mentioned hard lures and soft lures and can eliminate the disadvantages of both.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0011] The present invention according to claim 1 comprises a lure body made of a hard material and integrally formed as a whole having a predetermined buoyancy, and a jacket body made of a substantially cylindrical soft material formed on the outside of the lure body and integrally formed as a whole. The jacket body is closed on the entire head side except for eyelet insertion holes such as a line eye insertion hole and a through hole for lip insertion, and is open on the entire tail side. The lure body is formed into a hollow shape composed of a plurality of partition chambers. The lure body is made of a hard synthetic resin, and the jacket body is made of a soft synthetic resin. It is a hybrid lure.

Further, as the hard material, a foaming material may be used, or a filler containing hollow beads may be used.

[0013] Examples of the soft material constituting the jacket body include silicone rubber, various elastomers, and soft vinyl chloride. As the soft material, those obtained by foaming the above-mentioned materials may be used.

[0014] The present invention according to claim 2 comprises a one-piece lure body made of a hard material and having a predetermined buoyancy, and a one-piece jacket body made of a substantially cylindrical soft material formed on the outside of the lure body. The jacket body is closed on the entire head side except for eyelet insertion holes such as line eyelet insertion holes and through holes for lip insertion, and is open on the entire tail side. The lure body is hollow and has a filling layer in which a large number of hollow beads are mixed. The lure body is made of a hard synthetic resin, and the jacket body is made of a soft synthetic resin. It is a hybrid lure.

[0015] The present invention according to claim 3 is a hybrid lure according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the jacket body is fitted over the lure body.

[0016] In the lure of the present application, since buoyancy is ensured by making the lure body hollow, the lure body can also be made of metal.

[0017] The lure body has a predetermined buoyancy, and examples of the foaming material include various synthetic resins (resins) mixed with hard foamed polyurethane and hollow beads.

[0018] The present invention according to claim 4 is a hybrid lure according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein a diameter-expanded portion having a larger outer diameter only at this portion is provided at the tail of the lure body, a step portion is formed at the head-side end of the diameter-expanded portion, and the tail-side end of the jacket body is abutted against the step portion, and the tail-side portion of the jacket body and the diameter-expanded portion are flush.

[0019] The present invention according to claim 5 is a hybrid lure according to claim 1 or claim 2, wherein a substantially disc-shaped weight member having a larger outer diameter than this portion is detachably attached to the tail of the lure body with a screw, a step portion is formed at the head-side end of the weight member, and the tail-side end of the jacket body is abutted against the step portion, and the tail-side portion of the jacket body and the weight member are flush.

[0020] The invention according to claim 6 is characterized in that, with respect to the hybrid lure according to claim 1 or claim 2, a weight member is disposed within the lure body.

[0021] Examples of the weight member include spherical lead and the like.

[0022] Note that a hard synthetic resin is a synthetic resin in which the finally obtained polymer compound has a hard property, and a soft synthetic resin is a synthetic resin in which the finally obtained polymer compound has a soft property, and is a broad concept including rubber and elastomer.

[0023] Claim 7 The invention described is such that, with respect to the hybrid lure according to claim 1 or claim 2, the lure body has a lip, and the lip penetrates the jacket body and protrudes outward.

Advantages of the Invention

[0024] The hybrid lure according to the present invention includes a lure body made of a hard material and having a predetermined buoyancy, and a jacket body made of a substantially cylindrical soft material formed outside the lure body. Since the lure body itself has buoyancy, sufficient floating property is ensured during use, and a behavior that is sensitive to rod actions such as jerking and twitching can be obtained. Moreover, since the hybrid lure according to the present invention is configured with a jacket body made of a soft material on the outside, when a fish bites, a soft touch like that of live bait can be obtained, and since the fish's teeth can bite in sufficiently, there is an advantage that the timing for hooking the fish with the hook is long. That is, according to the hybrid lure according to the present invention, there is a special effect that the advantages of hard lures and the advantages of soft lures can be obtained.

[0025] Further, according to the hybrid lure of the present invention in which the jacket body is fitted over the lure body, since the jacket body and the lure body can be separately molded and manufactured, and the jacket body can be manufactured simply by fitting it over the lure body, there is an advantage that the lure according to the present invention can be obtained easily and inexpensively.

[0026] Furthermore, in the hybrid lure according to the present invention, even if the fish bites and the outer jacket body is damaged, the jacket body can be peeled off and a new jacket body can be attached to the lure body. Therefore, a practical advantage is obtained that a decrease in fishing results can be effectively prevented by replacing the jacket body.

[0027] Also, according to the hybrid lure of the present invention in which the head side of the jacket body is closed, the tail side of the jacket body is open, and the head side of the jacket body is brought into contact with the head of the lure body, when using the hybrid lure of the present invention, mainly the head of the jacket body receives water pressure, so the attachment property of the jacket body to the lure body is improved.

[0028] According to the hybrid lure of the present invention in which the lure body is hollow, the buoyancy of the lure body can be easily ensured, and when a plurality of partition chambers are provided in the lure body, the buoyancy balance can be easily set from the head to the tail of the lure body.

[0029] According to the hybrid lure of the present invention, a diameter-expanded portion having a larger outer diameter only at this portion is provided at the tail of the lure body, a step portion is formed at the head side end of the diameter-expanded portion, the tail side end of the jacket body is brought into contact with the step portion, and the tail side portion of the jacket body and the diameter-expanded portion are flush. The attachment property of the tail side end of the jacket body to the lure body is improved, and the fluidity of water from the head to the tail during the use of the lure is improved.

[0030] At the tail of the lure body, a substantially disc-shaped weight member with an outer diameter larger than that part is detachably attached by a screw. A stepped portion is formed at the head side end of the weight member, and the tail side end of the jacket body is abutted against the stepped portion, so that the tail side portion of the jacket body and the weight member are flush. According to the hybrid lure of the present invention, a weight is attached to the tail of the lure body, and the attachability of the tail side end of the jacket body to the lure body is improved. Further, as described above, since the substantially disc-shaped weight member is detachably attached to the tail of the lure body by a screw, if a plurality of types of substantially disc-shaped weight members with different weights are manufactured, the substantially disc-shaped weight member can be appropriately exchanged according to the speed of the tidal current at the fishing ground, etc., and a practical advantage can be obtained.

[0031] Further, according to the hybrid lure of the present invention in which a weight member is arranged in the lure body, the buoyancy balance of the lure body can be adjusted by arranging the weight member such as the lure body, and the sedimentation property of the hybrid lure can also be controlled. That is, if a small amount of weight member is put into the lure body, the lure body can be positioned on the water surface of the field or in the water immediately below it. If a large amount of weight member is put into the lure body, the hybrid lure can also be submerged to the middle layer or deep part of the field.
