[0010] The present invention will be described in detail using the following embodiments as examples, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Each configuration described in detail in the embodiments of each drawing is one embodiment of the present invention, and various configurations can be adopted within the scope of the claims. Each embodiment can be combined based on the common knowledge of a person skilled in the art, and a configuration not specifically described in each embodiment can have the same configuration as another embodiment or a configuration appropriate for that embodiment.
[0011] As shown in FIG. 1A, the hanging holder 10 is a hanging holder 10 for suspending and holding the container body 21 at the installation location 30, and is configured so that when suspended, the longitudinal axis Y of the container body 21 has an inclination angle α with respect to the axis X in the direction of gravity.
[0012] With this configuration, when attempting to remove the contents from container body 21, if the contents are discharged in the direction of axis Z perpendicular to the longitudinal axis Y of container body 21, the contents can be dispensed downward by the inclination angle α. As a result, when the pump is pressed with the thumb to dispense the contents using one hand, it has been found that the contents can be easily placed in the palm of the hand, as shown in Figure 1A.
[0013] In contrast, with the hanging holder 10 of the prior art, the contents are received with the palm of the hand held vertically, as shown in Figure 1B. In this case, the contents are received with the base of the thumb, which can cause the contents to drop to the floor immediately after receiving them, or requires the pump to be tilted significantly to prevent the contents from dropping, making it very difficult to use.
[0014] The tilt angle α is not limited as long as the advantageous effects described above are obtained, and may be, for example, 10° or more, 15° or more, 20° or more, 25° or more, 30° or more, or 40° or more, or may be 70° or less, 60° or less, 50° or less, 40° or less, 35° or less, or 30° or less. The tilt angle α is preferably, for example, in the range of 10° or more and 60° or less, particularly 15° or more and 40° or less.
[0015] Figure 2A shows a hanging container 20 suspended from a towel rack 30 by a hanging holder 10 according to one embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2B shows the hanging holder 10 used in the embodiment of Figure 2A.
[0016] As shown in Figure 2B, this hanging holder 10 has a container holding part 1 for attaching container body 21 or pump 22 to hanging holder 10, an attachment part 2 for hanging hanging holder 10 from an installation location such as a towel rack 30, a connecting part 3 for connecting container holding part 1 and attachment part 2, and a finger hook 4 that allows a finger to be hooked to operate pump 22 with one hand.
[0017] In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2A, the container holding portion 1 is fixed to the portion where the container body 21 and the pump 22 are fitted together, and is an annular planar member. However, the container holding portion 1 is not limited to this shape as long as it can be held in a suspended state so that the longitudinal axis Y of the container body 21 has an inclination angle α with respect to the axis X in the direction of gravity.
[0018] The mounting portion 2 has a hook-like shape, but is not limited to this shape as long as it can be easily attached to the installation location 30. However, such a hook shape is preferable because it can be easily attached to the installation location 30 and is easy to manufacture. Therefore, the hanging holder 10 may be a hanging hook.
[0019] The connecting part 3 is a part that connects the container holding part 1 and the mounting part 2, and by having the connecting part 3, the hanging holder 10 can adjust the distance between the hanging container 20 and the installation location 30. The connecting part 3 is not particularly limited in terms of its shape, etc., as long as it can adjust the distance between the hanging container 20 and the installation location 30 and hold the container body 21 in a suspended state so that the longitudinal axis Y of the container body 21 has an inclination angle α with respect to the axis X of gravity.
[0020] In this embodiment, the connecting portion 3 is a strip-shaped planar member having a linear cross section, and as shown in Figure 2B, an angle γ can be formed between the plane formed by the annular planar member of the container holding portion 1 and the plane formed by the strip-shaped planar member of the connecting portion 3.
[0021] The plane defined by the annular planar member of container holder 1 can be approximately perpendicular to longitudinal axis Y of container body 21, and can be approximately parallel to axis Z of the direction of the contents being discharged from nozzle 22 of pump 22. Furthermore, if the cross section of connecting part 3 is not on a straight line, the plane defined by the band-shaped planar member of connecting part 3 can be a plane approximately parallel to axis X of the weight direction when hanging holder 10 is hung from some kind of rod-shaped body.
[0022] As shown in FIG. 1A, axis Z, which is the direction in which the contents are discharged from the nozzle of pump 22, is approximately parallel to the plane of container holder 1, and axis X, which is the weight direction, intersects axis Z at angle β. Since the relationship of "angle β = 90° - inclination angle α" and the relationship of "angle γ = 180° - angle β" are satisfied, the relationship of "angle γ = 90° + inclination angle α" can be satisfied. Therefore, angle γ may be, for example, 100° or more, 110° or more, 120° or more, or 130° or more, or may be 170° or less, 160° or less, 150° or less, 140° or less, 130° or less, or 120° or less. Angle γ is preferably, for example, in the range of 100° or more and 150° or less, particularly 105° or more and 130° or less.
[0023] However, the relationship "angle γ = 90° + inclination angle α" is not always satisfied, and for example, when the container body 21 comes into contact with the wall surface while suspended, the relationship "angle γ > 90° + inclination angle α" may be satisfied.
[0024] The shape of finger hook 4 is not particularly limited as long as it allows for one-handed operation by hooking a finger thereon. When operating a hanging container with one hand, a user typically hooks their index finger, middle finger, and / or ring finger on finger hook 4 and presses the pump with their thumb, and finger hook 4 can be configured to facilitate such one-handed operation. Finger hook 4 may be a protruding portion as shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, or may simply be a structure in which the annular portion of container holder 1 is enlarged so that part or all of it extends beyond the diameter of container body 21, making it easier to hook a finger thereon.
[0025] Furthermore, the finger rest 4 may have two finger rests 4 as shown in FIG. 3. In this case, the contents can be easily dispensed onto the palm of the hand by placing the middle finger and ring finger on the two finger rests 4 and pressing the pump with the thumb.
[0026] Fig. 4A shows a hanging container 20 suspended from a towel rack 30 by a hanging holder 10 according to another embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4B shows the hanging holder 10 used in the embodiment of Fig. 4A.
[0027] As shown in Figure 4B, this hanging holder 10 has a container holding part 1 which is composed of a ring-shaped planar member, similar to the hanging holder 10 in Figures 2A and 2B, an attachment part 2 for hanging the hanging holder 10 from an installation location such as a towel rack 30, a connecting part 3 which connects the container holding part 1 and the attachment part 2, and a finger hook 4 which allows the pump 22 to be operated with one hand by hooking a finger thereon. However, the cross section of this connecting part 3 is not linear, and the first part 3a of the connecting part 3 on the attachment part 2 side is approximately perpendicular to the plane of the container holding part 1, and the second part 3b of the connecting part 3 on the container holding part 1 side is approximately parallel to the plane of the container holding part 1 and approximately perpendicular to the first part 3a of the connecting part 3.
[0028] The angle γ between the plane of container holder 1 and the plane of connecting portion 3 is approximately 180°, but because container body 21 is supported not only by hanging holder 10 but also by the wall surface, inclination angle α is not 90°. However, if the distance between towel rack 30 and the wall surface is large, the inclination angle can be set to approximately 90°, and even in this case, it is easy to place the contents in the palm of your hand with one hand.
[0029] 5A and 5B show an embodiment in which the finger hook 4 is removed from the hanging holder 10 of the embodiment of FIGS. 4A and 4B. In such an embodiment, one-handed operation becomes difficult. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5C, for example, a hanging container 20 can be configured by providing a finger hook 22b on a cap portion 22a that fits onto the container body 21 of the pump 22. Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 5D, for example, a finger hook part 25 having an attachment part 25a to the container body 21 or the pump 22 and a finger hook part 25b may be used. Finger hook parts 25 for one-handed operation of the pump 22 and the container body 21 or the pump 22 for one-handed operation of the pump 22 are known in the prior art, and therefore these can be used in combination with a hanging holder 10 that does not have a finger hook 4.
[0030] The shape of the container body 21 is not limited, but may be a columnar shape having a longitudinal direction, such as a cylinder or a polygonal prism. The container body 21 may be a refill bottle or the like, or may be in the form of a pouch.
[0031] The container body 21 preferably has a substantially triangular prism shape, as shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B. In this case, as shown in FIG. 6C, when the hanging container 20 is hung at the installation location 30, the liquid contents of the container body 21 can be concentrated at the front side 21a, which is one corner of the substantially triangular prism shape. By installing the straw 23 of the pump 22 at the bottom of the front side 21a of the container body 21, the contents of the container body 21 can be used to the last drop. Furthermore, because the back side 21b of the container body 21 can be parallel to the wall, the hanging container 20 can be stabilized in its suspended position when supported from a wall. Therefore, a container of this shape is highly advantageous when used in combination with the hanging holder 10 for hanging a container at an angle, as described above. However, other polygonal prism shapes for the container body 21 can also be preferably used as long as such advantageous effects can be obtained.
[0032] As shown in FIG. 7A, the bottom 21c of the container body 21 may be inclined so that the contents of the container body 21 can be concentrated in one area and the straw 23 can be placed there to use up the contents to the last drop. For the same purpose, the bottom 21c of the container body 21 may have a convex portion as shown in FIG. 7B. To ensure that the straw 23 is placed at the bottom 21c of the container body 21 where the contents are concentrated, the container body 21 may have a portion therein for fixing the straw 23. Furthermore, the shape of the container body 21 may have a concave portion that concentrates the contents at the bottom 21c, as described in, for example, Registered Utility Model No. 3082284.
[0033] 7A, a support part for supporting the container body 21 can be attached to the bottom 21c or the like in order to support the container body 21. This allows the hanging containers to be displayed in a freestanding state when sold in a store, to be freestanding when refilling the contents from a refill pack, or to be left freestanding when the hanging container 20 is not being hung and used.
[0034] The container body 21 is usually made of an opaque material, and when fitting the pump 22 into the container body 21, it may be difficult to position the straw 23 in a portion where the contents are concentrated. Furthermore, when the longitudinal axis Y of the container body 21 is held at an inclined angle with respect to the axis X of gravity, as in the present invention, if the straw 23 is positioned in a portion where the contents are not concentrated, the contents of the hanging container 20 will become unusable with a large amount of content remaining in the container body 21. However, with the above-described configuration, even if the container body 21 is opaque, it is advantageous because the contents of the hanging container 20 can be easily and reliably used up.
[0035] There are no particular limitations on the shape of pump 22. When pump 22 is attached to container body 21, it has a nozzle that extends perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of container body 21, and the contents are discharged from there. Pump 22 has a straw 23, and the contents sucked up by pump 22 from straw 23 can be discharged from the nozzle. [Explanation of symbols]
