This disclosure relates to an aerosol delivery device and related methods. [Solution] The aerosol delivery device 100 includes a heating chamber 106 in which an aerosol precursor composition 108 is placed. A microwave radiant energy emitter 110 is operably engaged with the heating chamber and is configured to heat the aerosol precursor composition within it by microwave radiant energy to form an aerosol from the aerosol precursor composition. An outlet port 118 is formed in the housing of the aerosol delivery device and is in fluid communication with the heating chamber. The heating chamber responds to an attractive force applied to the outlet port to draw the aerosol out of the housing through the outlet port.
