To provide a gaming machine with distinctive operating mechanisms. [Solution] The gaming machine is equipped with a button unit, the button unit having at least a first sensor and a second sensor, and at least a first operating section, a second operating section, a fourth operating section, and a fifth operating section, the first sensor entering an operation detection state when the first operating section or the fourth operating section is operated, and the second sensor entering an operation detection state when the second operating section or the fifth operating section is operated. Furthermore, the distance between the fourth operating section and the fifth operating section is narrower than the distance between the first operating section and the second operating section.
