Abstract
Pest control systems that eliminate pests using sound waves are known. However, these systems have difficulty eliminating insects. The present invention aims to provide a pest control system that can eliminate not only pests but also insects, taking into consideration the aforementioned problems of the conventional methods. [Solution] The system includes a wave generation unit 10 that generates waves in the field for the purpose of controlling insects and for the purpose of controlling vermin. A frequency band for controlling insects and a frequency band for controlling vermin are provided for the waves used to control insects, and the upper limit frequency of the insect control frequency band is lower than the lower limit frequency of the vermin control frequency band.
