Magnetic latching relay

Abstract

This disclosure provides a magnetic latching relay, including a base, a microswitch, and a magnetic circuit structure. The microswitch is provided on the base and includes a housing and an elastic sheet, the elastic sheet extending from the housing away from the housing, and the magnetic circuit structure includes an armature, a permanent magnet and an injection-molded part, wherein the injection-molded part is a body that covers the permanent magnet and a portion of the armature and fixatively connects the permanent magnet and the armature, the permanent magnet includes a swingable body and a toggle part integrally injection-molded with the body, the toggle part having a projection projecting toward the elastic sheet, wherein when the permanent magnet swings toward the microswitch, the projection of the toggle part moves toward the elastic sheet and moves the elastic sheet toward the housing, thereby conducting the microswitch, and when the permanent magnet swings toward the microswitch, the projection moves toward the elastic sheet, the elastic sheet returns to its original position and the microswitch is deactivated. The magnetic latching relay of this disclosure can provide more accurate monitoring of microswitches, extend their service life, and save space.
