AI Technical Summary
Technical Problem
Existing electric furnaces have shortcomings in heating efficiency and fan life, especially in the case of high temperature heat treatment and high power requirements.
Method used
The two-sided heating structure and heat storage equipment are adopted to heat the circulating air and use the heat storage equipment to improve efficiency, while the air is alternately blown by fans at low power to improve heating uniformity.
Benefits of technology
Improves heating efficiency and fan life, enables efficient heating of materials in complex shapes and provides rapid heating capability when high power demands.

Abstract
To provide a heating structure of an industrial furnace, which is excellent in heating efficiency and which makes a fan life long.SOLUTION: In the case of low output, on-off states of first and fourth on-off valves 21 and 24 and on-off states of second and third on-off valves 22 and 23 are alternately switched between opposite states at regular time intervals. Thus, air is alternately circulated to a first circulation path P1 for supplying the air to a first heat accumulator 13 through a first passage 15 from a blower fan 20 and returning the air to the blower fan 20 through a second passage 16 from a second heat accumulator 14, and a second circulation path P2 for supplying the air to the second heat accumulator 14 through the first passage 15 from the blower fan 20 and returning the air to the blower fan 20 through the second passage 16 from the first heat accumulator 13. The heated air is alternately supplied to the material T to be heated from a horizontal direction, and a burner is added in the case of high output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
