AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

The existing pressure enhancer equipment requires electrical signal control and complex valve switching operations, resulting in large size, high cost and complex control procedures.

Method used

A fluid circuit is designed, including a pressure enhancer with independently moving pistons and a second switch valve. By providing a flow path between the piston and the second switch valve and using a rotary return device, independent movement of the piston and the second switch valve is achieved, thereby simplifying the equipment structure and improving pressure enhancement efficiency.

Benefits of technology

The continuous driving of the pressure enhancer is achieved without electrical signal control, which simplifies the equipment structure, reduces costs, and improves the pressure enhancement efficiency.

Abstract

Provided is a fluid circuit that can continuously drive an amplifying device with a simple configuration. The fluid circuit comprises a first selector valve 8 and a second selector valve 130. According to a change in a fluid pressure to be applied, the first selector valve 8 switches between flow channels 70, 80 that communicate a first pressure-receiving chamber 10-3 and a fluid supply device 6 side, and flow channels 70, 82 that communicate a second pressure-receiving chamber 10-4 and the fluid supply device 6 side. The second selector valve 130 switches flow channels 131, 133 that apply fluid pressure to the first selector valve. The second selector valve 130 has a return means 140 and is provided so as to be capable of reciprocal movement between an operating position to which the second selector valve 130 is moved by the stroke of a piston 120 and a return position to which the second selector valve 130 is moved by the return means 140. The piston 120 and the second selector valve 130 can move independently from each other.
