Abstract

To suppress existence of a vehicle hindering observation of a state of a ground surface by an artificial satellite.SOLUTION: A control unit in an information processing device acquires first information including information showing predetermined timing for an artificial satellite to observe a state of a ground surface within a predetermined range on the ground surface from the sky, and information showing the predetermined range. The control unit in the information processing device specifies a first vehicle predicted to exist within the predetermined range in the predetermined timing on the basis of the first information. Then, the control unit transmits second information for requesting that the first vehicle is not allowed to exist within the predetermined range in the predetermined timing to a terminal related to a user of the first vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
